Roczen, Webb, AC9 and DF14 are all out of contract at the end if 2022. Two are RedBull riders and two are Monster riders.
Forkner will be moving up in 2023.
Jmart6 will also be moving up.
Dean W was going to retire at the end of last year but was offered a awesome deal for 2022. I can see Wilson hanging it up to free up the ride.
Any thoughts?

Unless they throw a crazy amount of money at him, I can’t see why Yamaha would let him slip away when their tide has finally turned. Webb will be interesting, Roczen seems like he’s going to retire.
Kawi is infamous for letting their stars go early so I guess I wouldn’t be surprised if they kick AC to the curb but he will land a solid ride if they don’t renew his contract. I think we may see a few 3 man 450 factory teams if all these riders that plan to move up actually do.
Webb goes back to Yamaha
Dylan swaps with him and goes to KTM
Reagan and Star want Cooper back I've heard, and Webb wants to go back...
Word is Eli Tomac already opted into his option for 2023 with Star.

Forkner was set to move up earlier, but injuries prevented that from happening. He's in his last year of contract and I don't think the Kawi 450 ride is guaranteed at this point.
AC will most likely stay with Kawasaki on a lower base salary and better performance bonuses. Being a Monster rider his options may be limited if Kawa dont keep him.
Dylan will be a contender in the Outdoors and may get the option at staying with Star subject to his results....or he can choose to go elsewhere.
I'd like to see Forkner at HRC Honda.
I'm pretty sure this is Wilson's last season and he can bow out with his head held high. That will leave a seat at Husky.
Craig and JMart will also be looking for rides and I can see JMart ending up on Brayton's ride.
The 450 class is going to loaded in 2023.
Dylan was wanting the GasGas ride pretty bad before he signed with Yamaha.
Roczen won't be going to Husky unless he gives up his Red Bull deal since Rockstar just extended their sponsorship with Husky for 2023. I don't see him giving up his Red Bull deal.
I think AC will stay at Kawi.
I dont see kenny going back to KTM, after how there golden child dropped them for Suzuki it didnt go down well at all esp with Rodger & if you burn that bridge its over. Plus with Kennys health struggles & age would they take him over a younger rider they can work with?
As for Martin, i’m still not sure he goes 450 next year. If he gets another injury then he stays 250.
I think ferandis would be a good fit at Gas Gas. So i hope they add a second 450 rider.
Wilson has been mentioned as retiring at end of season but i think he has been a decent solid second 450 rider. If he finishes top 10 in points & Malcolm finishes top 5 thats all you need from him. But mayb they want to give second spot to Hampshire. Either way Deano would be a big hole to fill. Cool kid!!
Interestingly, now I think about it, in Craig's vlogs, he is often seen in the star truck, eating & chillin' with Dylan, but Eli is never anywhere to be seen.
The one Kenny couldn't.
Kenny would be an awesome R&D rider for Triumph.
Don't see any changes at star Yamaha's 450 line up. Why would they ??
Adam would only leave Kawasaki by his own choice.
I say he stays.

KR retiring leaves wanted Honda seat but for just one year contract before Lawrence bros moving up?
Webb going back to Yamaha and DF to replace him at KTM is not what anyone was thinking last summer.
Webb goes back to Yamaha
Don't see it teaming up with Eli if Eli opts in as you say...
Dylan swaps with him and goes to KTM
First I hear about this rumor. They wanted him at the end of '20 at a 50% discount. Heard there was interest from someone else though
Reagan and Star want Cooper back I've heard, and Webb wants to go back...
Once again, Bobby doesn't own the 450 team.
Word is Eli Tomac already opted into his option for 2023 with Star.
I also heard that Eli & Ken might actually retire at the end of the season... I doubt Ken is willing to race for less than 1/3 of his '22 contract... He's allegedly making $3Mil/year from Honda...
-I don't see AC leaving or Kawi getting anyone else to replace him. Kawi is full
-Potentially a spot at Honda if Ken retires or doesn't agree to a 6 figure contract. Remember, they're gonna need room for Jett in '24 or can he move in '23 after a potential sweep (SX & MX)
-Everyone might be up at KTM. Marvin will most likely retire unless he enjoys his SX only deal and find another one? Potentially 2 spots. Doubt they'll fill 3 spots in '23
-Dylan is up at Yamaha and Eli has a rider option. I'm sure they'd like to keep both but the cards are in the riders hands at the moment. I have a hard time seeing a Eli/Coop team. I'd think Eli might have a say about his teammate if he races in '23...
-I don't see GasGas filling a 2nd 450 guy neither.
-Husky got Mookie for another year. The Husky GP team lost Rockstar. If the US team loses it too, I don't see them spending 7 figures on a high profile 450 guy but more a couple 100ks on a rookie who will be able to make extra dough with personal deals (gear)
-Bunch of 250 guys are moving up Forkner, Craig, Nichols, Cooper, JMart etc... who will be way cheaper options as "2nd" riders vs some veterans of the class with big actual deals. And at the end of the day, budgets & saving money for American distributors of Japanese motorcycles are a factor
