All of his videos at Star just show him mainly riding SX with the Team. I would think by next A1 he will be more then ready.

Jett was racing supercross at his age now. I personally don't see any amateur talent in the USA that is capable of stepping up in the pro ranks and doing any damage.

He will probably run B class at lorettas then hit the AM nationals at the end of the year in the pro class. He will get his supercross license at Mini-o's.
Unless something changes, there are so Supercross points at Mini Os 2022. The only way to get points currently is through the SX Futures program.
Unless they changed the rules back, they allowed guys to get supercross license at Mini-o's when covid hit. Maybe they changed it back now that futures is back on. Either way, they would just file an exemption with ama and he would get his license that way.

Funny how he avoided the 125 fast American kids and the 125 EMX rocket ship riders. I,ll get paid cash at the Fair races b4 he gets cash to race. Ha

Like I said they might have changed it back. No problem for them, they will just file an exception.

A class B class, who gives a shit. Guys move to pro from both classes. And these guys race so little as amateurs. Doing 6 races in a class vs b class isn’t going to make much difference. It’s s everything else that matters
I agree, lots of top riders came straight out of B class. Webb, Barcia, Tomac, etc.

He will be fine, Brian wouldn't let him go pro if he wasn't ready.

Sounded like he was gonna race B in 22 and A in 23 then pro in 24.... looks like they are moving up to pro a yr earlier now .... imo... his times at the sx track must already be decent for that type of decision to be made... Brian is super smart... he won't throw danger boy to the wolves unless he thinks he can run with, or beat them.... we will see...

I am a fan of their channel and have been watching their videos for a while. They have been showing his supercross progress since he was on super mini. If I am wrong, please correct me, but this is personally the first time I have ever seen such an in-depth behind the scenes look at a high profile amateur rider going from mini to professional supercross. They don’t shy away the differences between the rest of the team and where Haiden is at which really shows the difference between a pro rider and amateur. In a lot of the these videos, you can see how much Haiden’s comfort level starts improving as well as his technique. It’ll be fun to watch his progression.

He would get crushed
That’s the point, it’s not about winning it’s about the experience. To be fair he should run a season on EMX250.

No he shouldn’t. Money is made in the US through supercross. Why waste a year of SX prep racing tracks and racers he’ll never race again?

That guy raced pro class. Quit passive agressive responses dude. Pretty sure Deegan would have had a similar results in the best case scenario.

No need for deegan to go over to europe, for what. Star signs his checks and he races where they tell him to. Yep the euro dude raced pro class, so what. He did ok but the way some talked he would top 5. Lol ok.

You talking about the Dutch kid ? I think he raced the last 2 rounds in Cal. With a stock engine. If he raced south wick he would b top 8. Hv Deegan race a Dutch National , 18,24 moto scores

if this is true then why not move up to the A CLASS now and race some of the future races this year and he will have his points to race A1 NEXT YEAR they would let him race anyone of the races this year because they dont have enough top riders racing the futures ..look at todays oakland future results only 15 riders entered

Like I said they might have changed it back. No problem for them, they will just file an exception.

Because feelings may get hurt.... A certain image or years of branding maybe destroyed.
Kids today don’t want to have to learn how to lose, like we all did. It only makes you want to, learn how to win.

Obviously I don’t understand the US system as I can’t comprehend how top talent can be B class and not A class, That doesn’t even make sense.
However, what is clear from every US amateur related story or thread or race I’ve seen, is that the US amateur system is broken.
