19 FC450 fork upgrades?

What is the best fork upgrade i can do? I dont think i need cone valves as i am not racing regularly. I cannot get this bike to stop washing out/knifing. B class moto rider. Changing sag either way didnt help much tried between 100 and all the way up to 110. Thanks

In addition to preload/sag, fork height, fork pressure, and shock high speed compression all greatly affect the front/rear bias/attitude and cornering. Try different combos of all these before you determine a massive fork change is the answer.

I've had Cone Valves, revalves and countless adjustments, but the best WP fork I've had is the Coppersmith Ohlins hybrid fork. My previous best fork was a KYB fork that ENZO did and this Hybrid fork tops it.

Fork tubes at second line, 5mm helped a lot for me. Sag at 105mm.

True ride suspension does brand new Kyb inserts valved and sprung for your riding needs for around $1600.00 give him a call he’s a great guy and super smart when it comes to suspension he’s built 3 sets for me and they are amazing!

The adjustability of still having air on one side. It’s the best of both worlds with it being supple on small stuff and great bottoming resistance.

I second the kyb inserts and you can get them done directly through enzo, they will adjust them to your weight and speed for no extra charge. Last time I checked

Front washing out is mainly to do with the balance. Sounds like you've worked on the rear, but you didn't mention your weight.
As for the fork height, are your running the caps flush with the triple clamps?

The biggest problem with the AER fork is how you setup the shock, and spending thousands on new forks won't fix a poorly setup chassis.
