Triple Crowns and MXoN are some of the best entertainment out there for a fan. MXoN has always mixed up bike sizes, and there have been many surprises over the years, some still talked about as legend. This sport is about entertainment, not a jobs program.
Again how many triple crowns were there this year? How many are on the schedule next year? The answers will tell you how the riders and teams truly felt about them.

Frankly the factories might be thrilled to cut their budgets. About having a class for bikes they sell, KTM's best selling bike, and Beta's aren't track bikes, but they are 2t's.
Giving them a diluted product where it's not clear which class is fastest has done much harm to the sport. You can't have 5 pro champions a year and expect for normies to respect or understand it.
This is 1 reason why the Grand National proposal makes sense. Leaving out the 250 rider's from that is eliminating top 10 talent, but not racing heads up against each other and East / West make no sense either to count them.
The average non moto fan (target audience) has no idea about a 250/450 being different, most enthusiast's couldn't tell either without the sound turned up.
Maybe it's all those low-rpm off-cambers. But Budds also has massive hills where you would think a 450 would make a big difference.

Unfortunately the next thread will probably be "why does the sky have to be blue, it should be green"
The only green sky I ever saw was an F5 tornado, no thanks.
