There is quite a few but recommend MX v ATV Reflex.
The game has never gotten old and new tracks are still being created.
Nave a look on You tube and follow that Rabbit hole. Some tracks are amazing.

Get Steam, available from Steam

That’s one of the main stores for PC games. From there, you can get:
MXGP 1-3, Pro, 2019 and 2020
Supercross the Game 1-4
MX vs ATV Alive, Reflex, and All Out

The newest releases are All Out, MXGP 2020 and Supercross 4.

Additionally, you can get MX Bike (on Steam), or MX Simulator. I’d highly recommend downloading the demos of the last two before purchasing.

Finally, keep an eye on humblebundle.com for great sales. Just make sure to verify the platform. It also sells games for Switch and some keys are for use in the Epic Store.

Have fun.

MX Bikes or MX Simulator.

They Both take a little know how (Placing files into folders) to get the nice skins and nice tracks and such.

But the racing/riding in them is far far far superior than anything produced for the masses like mx vs atv or milestone mxgp or milestone mesx4

- If you need any help, keep posting in this thread and or message me directly.

If he´s willing to put the time in, there is really nothing to think about: Mx Simulator or Mx Bikes on Steam. If someone says otherwise they havn´t actually tried these.

Highly recommend either MXGP games or Monster energy supercross games over any mx vs atv games, unless you only have 5 mins a month to play.

MX Simulator is the one he wants. Don't mind the down votes. Those are the people who aren't skilled enough to play it.

Mx simulator is super fun to learn. Just wish it was easier to play with others. Haven’t played mx bikes but it looks fun.
And FYI it is hands down the worst time to build a pc right now. Graphics cards are double or triple what they where pre covid. And he doesn’t need any insane rig to play mx simulator. I have a $800 rig and it has not problems.

My laptop hardly powers MX sim. I was playing on a keyboard and got pretty burnt out. I would love to try it with a controller.

I have probably the most hours on any game in MX Sim. Been on it for probably 10 years now. Best experience you'll find from an MX gaming experience, hands down. Takes time to get used to but the end result is worth it. And I think it's still only $40. All of the DLC is created by the community and they are pros at what they do. Some will charge for stuff but most of the time they do free public releases.

MX Sim has a steep learning curve and is virtually unplayable for beginners. It is, however, the most realistic. If he's too young or is interested in a more arcade experience, I'd advise staying away. If you're unsure, you can also try the free demo.

haha in today's market you can't even touch a decent graphics card for under $800

Insane right? a 1660 super is like 600 for a new one and they where maybe 200 or so a year ago. Should get better sometime soon. I don’t even want to know what a new rtx 3080 could cost.

This. don’t even try to play with a keyboard and mouse. You really have to have a controller.
