Sexton raced him well. Had Eli gotten around a lap or two earlier he might have won the race. The “blocking” probably won him the overall.

I think the bigger problem was the track was pretty one lined. It’s a beautiful track that looks awesome to race on, but passing was for sure at a premium there.

Track is fairly narrow in some spots and with how deep practice was, it made for some one lined sections.

He mentioned he wasn't sure if he would get the overall if Eli got by him, so he tried to hold him off as long as he could, and he also tried to make his bike as wide as possible cus he knew Eli was riding better than he and Dylan. But strangely enough, those 'moves' are all things you do when you race and try to win.

Sexton was "Blocking" like RC and Bubba "Blocked" everyone from winning all those races....here's to watching Sexton doing a lot more "Blocking" throughout his career!

That all being said Sexton did nothing wrong. He didn't have Eli's pace in the second race so it's his job to stay in front as long as possible as long as he is not creating a dangerous situation.
