Controlling what people say and putting words in someone's mouth is a slippery slope.
Here's a thought experiment....if I titled this thread "Gibby, you suck at your job", which of course I would never do, do you think the title would get adjusted? Or do you think I'd be instaclipped?

Truthfully, most here really don't know if he does a good job or not, because i would say those commenting have no idea about TV production. Weege discussing the technical aspects of the production on Matthes's podcast really opened my eyes to some of the realities involved when it comes to putting a broadast on. and no doubt he is just scratching the surface.
Perhaps Bondo is doing a great job given his limitations/resources, perhaps he is not. I have no idea about his personal abilities.
Thats why there is a difference between saying " the production sucks" and "person X sucks"
I think its a perfectly reasonable line for the mods to draw, its clean and simple. Its much easier to draw the line at no personal attacks, rather than you can attack them a bit, but not too much.
Should be a minimum character set for thread titles, for archiving/searching sake, plus you’ll attract more clicks.

The title made me wince, some people clearly don't realize what a small world moto is, say it as you would say it to them in person because you basically are.

Freedoms also apply to people who want to run a business/website as they see fit. But that’s a little too much for some snowflakes to handle.
Replacing the stock titles with aftermarket titles are always the first and easiest way to increase forum performance.
Internet land is not real and I really don't care about what goes on in it. It's like the fluff pieces we are all sick of. They are not motocross racing. Gibby can clip away until the most perfectly curated content exists for his world. There is a high probably I won't be a part of that. That's cool. Whatever.
You do raise some valid points so I will respond to those.
If you suck at your job, you are likely to get feedback in one form or another. Some jobs leave you more exposed than others. Accept it and get better and/or tougher, or move on.
If your job exists to get eyeballs on the product, and the owners of those eyeballs are not happy with the product, you suck at your job. Does that mean there aren't challenges or mistakes along the way? No. But if you aren't using those as opportunities to improve, you will continue to suck at your job and you should lose it eventually.
You are right, there is a difference. There is also a difference between saying "person X sucks" and "person X sucks at their job". However, there is no difference between "the production sucks" and "person X sucks at their job" if person X is in charge of the production.
It is reasonable to draw the line at no personal attacks. I simply don't see "Bondo sucks at his job" as a personal attack. I see it as a less refined or emotionally charged way to communicate to another human being that they are not good at their job. In no way is that a situation that merits not only censorship, but putting words in someone's mouth.
I would appreciate the opportunity to find out though
