I had always thought that this was one of the all time greatest holeshot pics but it turned out Snoopy was running a 144 in the 125 stock class. He was also doping.
Bad dog

Good ole Doug Henry. One of my personal all time favorites. Mostly due to his off track stuff. He seems like a very great guy to be around. I used to love playing him in the old XBOX games. That 4 stroke would rip on those games lol.

RV chasing that old demon who lives out on the edge.

This is probably my favorite. Rear wheel pushed way out, feet on the pegs, dirt flying off the rear like it is afraid. Bad to the ass!!!!!!!

The deadly stunts are probably the best photos on this thread. I enjoy looking through the photos.

The one Bauer posted, Hanna at Unadilla and that one of Roger D laid over at Carlsbad in front of the BelRey banner that no one has posted yet does it for me. The pic Bauer posted is the only tramp stamp tatt on a guy that I’ve ever thought looked decent

YES! It has long been my personal favorite, as it defines moto in its purest form. Not to mention I was a 7th grader obsessed with all things MX, especially with Suzuki's success in the late 70's. The expanded pic also includes Howerton, Croft, and was it Gassin' Gaylon as well? I can't recall.

It's great to hear that you're so passionate about motocross! The nostalgia and excitement you have for MX, especially Suzuki's success in the late 70s, really come through. The mention of legendary riders like Howerton, Croft, and possibly Gassin' Gaylon adds to the charm. It's always fun to reminisce about the golden days of the sport and iconic moments in racing history!
