Looks like the factory guys are rerouting the clutch line.
Wondering when Honda will do this on the production bikes. But, in the meantime, would any clutch line work so that the line can be run behind the plate and through the frame? Thinking braided would be the way to go.

I've left mine alone for now, but I may need to do something soon. I put my hour meter on the tank bolt and it's rubbing my throttle cables a little bit more than I'd like.

The throttle didn’t feel ridiculously tight, but with the bars all the way to the right it was very sticky.
Good you got it sorted anyway.
The guys in Japan follow their engeening spec but the man on the ground often figures out the tiny flaws through trail and error
If only Honda could have seen our CRF 150's in 2009....they would have gone back to the egineering department and heads would have rolled.
There is ALWAYS room for improvement!
