One of the worse luck rides of the year so far. Really hope things turn around for outdoors and get some podiums, definitely has the speed.

Who else is sick and tired of the never ending injuries of the riders?

Something has to change to get this sport back to a sanity level.

Bummer to see his career turn out this way. Hopefully he can have a decent injury free outdoor season.

Honestly I don’t see him resigned with PC for 22 or a other Factory ride.

Yes injuries suck and everyone is tired of that of course but seriously, some guys are more injury prone than others! Poor Smith is always injured. It's not just his bad luck, he plays a big role here too. It's too bad.

Subtract about 20 hp from each class? Then people would complain that they look slow out there...and manufacturers would spend oodles more money trying to add back the missing power.

We've seen four-wheeled race series do things to slow the cars, whether via gear limits, adding weight, tapered spacers on intakes, etc. What are your suggestions?

I think its pretty clear we need those alligator pits that have been suggested in the past...... Rationally speaking of course.

Lot's of good input in the "Tomac speaks track reform" thread.

450's are too powerful for the venue now.

Look back to the tracks from 15 years and further back. Supercross of the 80's and 90s' was the most exciting (i'm not talking about greatest riders here)....and the injury roster was a whole lot smaller.

Slow down the racing, make the tracks more challenging/technical. Mix it up FFS... Look at what a tiny little sand jump did to Roczen last Saturday.

The rhythm sections have become boring...too easy....throttle blip, blip, blip....done.

I'd rather watch slower racing than the flying over-practiced gymnastics we're seeing now.

Supercross has always been a dangerous sport....but now, it's become just too damaging to the riders IMO.

He’s been at 100% for five minutes in the last seven years. Don’t hold your breath. This is a good thing for him. He’s a danger to himself and others. Prove that my statement is bullshit?

As always (and this applies to Jordon's situation, as well)... It's not the speed, it's the sudden stop at the end.

That is true.... but how many more spinal injuries are there in this sport now than decades ago?

Even with much better safety equipment...we are worse off.

Why do you think people would care where you were raised?
That is truly the dumbest signature I've ever seen.

Remember when you got banned last time, Indian Dunes?

You aren't supposed to just sign up with a new name.

I guess the "HWY 126" signature is beyond your moto lore knowledge... I've provided a little map below for you...hope it helps to clarify for you.

As for banned last time.... Stayed away from Vital for about 8 months after that. Took Guys feedback to heart, learned from my mistakes. As for my new ID...I'm stay on topic and as always...avoiding conflicts with other members.

I have to say....I'm not a fan of the played out term "living rent free in someones head"....but you sure seem like the poster child for it.

Your dumb posting style still sticks out like a sore thumb over every other single poster on this site. How in the world did I come to the conclusion that you were Indian Dunes? Because you post the same crap that you used to when you were banned. You just like to hear yourself post.

Body airbags with sensors. When inflated right before you hit the dirt yer sponsor's signatures would be twice as big as before and you could see the sig from miles around. Coupled with LED/NEON Style lights, sponsors would be stoked with all the TV time. Think about it... Thinking outside the box... er bag I should say.

I dont want to hear a single word about injuries in a sport where riders wear Zero body protection.

Throwing yourself at the ground at 40mph from 30ft in the air, needs more than a raceshirt of invincibility and a set of washing up gloves.

Modern MX kit is utter shit, head to toe, Its all about 'colorways' , and nothing to do with protection.. Helmets and boots might be 'better', but i wont buy another helmet until i can get one where the visor actually stops roost , and doesnt have room for a fucking Gp Pro under it.

People who watch 80's SX and want those tracks back, where guys who were ' the best in the world' looked like nobbers, are delusional.. by all means slow the tracks down, but think about how you do it, that last race was great , passing, different rhythms and all sorts, before that you had a track were guys in 250 C could hit everything with ease..

Not the worst idea I've heard on this topic. The tech is developing pretty quickly and the airbag suits they wear in Moto GP are pretty cool. Would eliminate the need for a neck brace, and would help with a lot of injuries. Imagine Webb's back injury last year, it might have been a non issue had he been wearing one...

If they work and aren't too warm to wear I wouldn't see why not.

That said, at over $1000 the average guy might not want to spend that much.

When you are a local schmoe, you can skip the race this weekend when you can't hold onto the bars... but when your paycheck is on the line, and u have balls, you send it.... easy to talk smack as an amateur....
