Webb’s pace is way off compared to Kenny and Eli these last couple weeks, yet he still pulls off good results. A danger man still.

If it was any rider other than Barcia in 2nd that race could have been interesting. Barcia has made enough spazz moves in his career that everyone else is scared to get near him. Tomacs charge came to a halt when he got to Barcia. After their spats last year Eli was way too passive instead of just moving him out of the way like he did to AC.

Were you watching the lap times? He took time out of KR while he was chasing down JB. Then he slowed...even before he caught JB. Eli is clipping a LOT of jumps, and losing time like I have never seen him do. Fit beast mode Tomac does not worry about Barcia because he leaves him so fast....

That's what I saw too...literally every rhythm section until the last couple laps Eli was clipping his front tire on every transition. He cleaned it up later on, but too little too late and then caught that lapper on the last lap...game over. Every time he'd hit the rhythm sections clean he'd get right up on Barcia. I don't know if it's fitness or what...but that's not standard charging Tomac. He was eating a second into Roczen's lead some laps...then nothing.
