Lolk, he only has a ride because they wanted his brother. You know how that goes right, Alex Martin?

I have to say the Lawerance brothers must have a very good agent. Scored them both an HRC honda ride and A-Star gear.
I’m going to strongly and respectfully disagree.

Jett was/is quite possibly the most hyped 250 class rider in some time. Hunter has had some injuries but is still very much in demand.

The role of using agents in order to get endemic deals in this sport is laughable at best. They’re all just taking from the same piggy bank.

I have two newer pairs of 10’s and sometimes I’d rather change a rear Dunlop with a pair of rusty screwdrivers than to try to get my foot into that goddamn bootie...
Why would this get downvoted😂 hate to break it to ya, your ankles may not be as perfect as you think they are if the bootie is giving you this much trouble. I also think they’re not much fun to put on but it’s worth it to me for the comfort you get once you’re in there.

I do agree with you on this that I am sure all teams wanted Jett but their manager must have done some magic to get Hunter added to HRC. Do you think Honda really wanted Hunter that bad? I like Hunter a lot and I don't think he has really shown what he has but I still don't get why Honda would let Martin walk and choose Hunter.

Alex Martins biggest contract was with JGR and Jeremy didn't go over there to ride with him.

Also Hunter has more moto wins than Jett.

Do you even watch the races?

Honda is set for the future! Healthy Kenny, Sexton that’s going to kill it, then Jett..he will never leave red. And Hunter I’m 50-50 about. Dude can kill it outdoors but needs to stay healthy. Does Hunter skip sx and prep for mx?

You need to quit hanging out with Jimmy Bottles.

I also don’t like the astars Honda combo. I think sexton’s set up is not the best. I’d have loved to see them go fox, as cheesy as that seems, something about factory Honda and fox is like PB&J.

He just needs to start staying injury free through a whole year. Ferrandis also was really flashy back then but had a lot of injuries/bad luck, but he figured it out and became a multip champ in a short time. Hunter has the speed and skills to win against any 250 rider in the world, but he needs to stay off the ground. Two years in america and he has not made it healthy through a single championship (2 SX races in two years so far). As a big fan of the Lawrence brothers I have to admit that is sad to see.

Well, at least he doesn't have a sister filling in for him.

Jeremy probably wanted to go back to Star rather than stay. No 450 rides available at Honda in the next couple years. He's going back to what he knows he can win championships on.

True . It dumbfounds me that people don’t entertain that thought of maybe Jeremy didn’t want the Honda ride as opposed to Jeremy vs Hunter for the ride . Remember Jeremy was talking about the Yamaha earlier in mx season on podiums so if Jeremy had already jumped ship as he already announced at last round he was different color who else were Honda going to take over Hunter? Mumford or shimoda ? Have a think about it Jeremy NEEDS a 450 ride and Honda is full so why do you think they all chose Hunter over Jeremy pretty sure Jeremy would have turned down another 250 only deal especially this late in his career with the results he has had.

I'd have given my throttle hand pinky finger for gear like that back when I raced in the 90's and everyone was pretty much walking around in clown suits.
