I am a fan of Works Connection parts, but I'm also a fan of DrD, Scotts, ARC ... the list goes on and on.

Today, however, Works Connection blew me away.

I had an issue with a part, they returned my email within hours, and we had a plan of action within 10 minutes. They asked the practical (proof of receipt) and had a new part in the mail to me within 30 minutes of communicating with them plus a return label for the part with issues.

I had a friend who bitched that the WC parts like the reservoir caps were overpriced when you can buy eBay ones with no logo for pennies. You don’t get customer service by sending money to China, and you don’t recycle any money back into the sport.

I liked my WC clutch perch/lever on a previous bike.

I lost a clamp for my skid plate awhile back. Called them and, explained I lost it on the trail. Replaced, no further questions.

I had a great experience with them recently as well. Called them directly, they were friendly and had me taken care of in minutes.

I’ve been running their skid plates and radiator braces since 2012.

As soon as I can I will be ordering to elite clutch perches for my two bikes. Nothing beats those!
