This is what’s going on in Upstate New York motocross right now. Have you ever seen this before?

That's a big leap to make, but if you can prove intent, you have legal recourse.

IMO, if you can prove someone is intentionally trying to injure riders, no one would blame you for suing him.

But, you can prove intent, so sue 'em

HAs anyone tried knocking all his teeth out in between motos? That usually works. If it doesn't work the first time the second and third dose will surely do the trick...

I've heard of local level riders being labeled as dirty and gaining a bad reputation for it. Never had any direct experience with it. I would be reluctant to sign the petition for reason that I have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of the situation and are not directly impacted by it. There are no MX Police, so a good old fashioned ass whooping does come to mind. Or is this just an over zealous Mom with an axe to grind? Definitely wierd and never seen it on this level before.

Lol ive lived in ny my whole life but i ride my bike here once a year at the most. Sounds like it should be handled at the track then it wouldnt happen again.

I had to race a dude like this back in my Junior days. Guy was like almost 25 years old, at least 250# if not 300. Rode like a wrecking ball, putting every bodies kid in serious danger. Cross jumped me at least 3 times that led to a crash and plowed me another 3 times in corners. The parts cost alone was ridiculous racing this asshole. Thankfully he is just a regular old alcoholic now and doesnt race moto because he is too fat and out of shape.

Track wouldnt kick him out, despite numerous complaints.

*Couldnt even dream of kicking this dudes teeth out. He was so much bigger than any of our parents and he had a whole brigade of shitty redneck friends to back him up.

Sweet justice when he moved up to B class and got his ass spanked a couple times, just quit because he couldnt win anymore, ha. Still hate this guys guts lol

It’s been happening for years but our local racing districts (D3, USMX to name a few) never do anything about it. I cannot recall any actual fighting ever. Crazy that it’s come to a petition. Maybe it’ll open some eyes tho.

That being said I agree that the petition seems like the wrong way to go about handling this, I’m going to start a petition to bring Ash Greedy over to race this guy.

I have never raced the guy and he's faster than I am but he will try and run you off the track when practicing even if you give him the pass. It's not just something that happened 1 time either.

A classes, I’ve been to 5 races in upstate NY this year and saw him pull a complete scumbag takeout where both riders went down at all 5 of them. Dude is fast but his elevator definitely doesn’t go to the top floor
