Ktm sxf 250 2021 Troy Lee Edition

Does anyone have any information about the 2021 sxf 250 troy lee Edition ?

I went to my local dealer to pre order my 2021 and got the option between the standard version and the troy lee Edition for about 1000 dollars more.

They have no information on the bike other than the confirmed production date mid august.
I cant seem to find any information on this bike online but someone must have some information as i expect this bike not to be a 2021,5 factory Edition.

I don't believe KTM is offering the 250 FE in the United States any longer, at least they didn't the last couple of years, so the Troy Lee version may be for Europe only, but who knows.

The 2021.5 450 FE should be revealed sometime in late December 2020 if the schedule is like last year.

2017.5 was the last year for the Factory Edition 250SXF. I haven’t heard a thing about them making them again.

This is the same information that i have and the reason why i was so surprised when the option was given to me.

What was the normal price difference between stock and FE ? For comparison.

KTM did produce the Tony Cairoli FE for Europe only, but they stopped in 2016 I think

I bought the 250 Prado Edition 2020, now i want to buy one more, so i was wondering when are they going to release the special editions this year..

Personally I'd take the chance and put a deposit down on the Troy Lee edition. I bet it will be worth the extra 1000 bucks.

If the dealer wants you to pay +$1,000 and they can't tell you why, then you probably shouldn't do it.

I would ask that your deposit be reundable wirhin a reasonable time after details are known. Buying in the blind is never a good idea. Especially with dirt bikes and women.

I am not the most patient guy i presume, so since my dealer could not deliver any information i pulled the trigger on the stock version.

Just waiting for the Akrapovic and HAAN wheels and a nice package from pro carbon arrived today.

Really like the look of the new SKF sealings in the link, looks like it will seal better aswell.

So that is the 2021 Factory Edition? If that is the case, there is one more year before the next big KTM update.
