But what would a electronic suspension do on a MX bike? You could add a GPS-Sensor and setup the bike for different parts of the track. But considering that a lot of guys never set the sag on their bikes... little overkill

Weight isn't really that much of an issue as the sensors and brain are very small.
Imagine having a simple up/down switch on your handlebar for stiffening or softening your damping curve on the fly, controlling something like this:

I was extremely frustrated with my suspension on my '20 450sxf after riding KYB most my life. I took that advice and just looked to adjust the way I ride and play with braking into corners more, etc. Did a couple air pressure adjustments and a few clicks here and there and I'm happy as a clam.
Looks like one more thing I really don't want to have to fuck with on a mx'er.
