Shame on him. Got his 1st podium on the pocket.

Track is getting tricky.

Is this the first Moto win from GasGas after re-entering the racing world?

If the FMOTP is showing in August, I pity the paddock come October! Wink

It’s the exact same as today, with emx 250 and emx open on Tuesday also.

AC was involved in that first turn prang - it was sort of a 2 part one, he was on the outside of the Herlings impact zone. Got going near last, I think (his bike might have been beneath others? - he was standing there in the melee) , whereas Herlings got back in action quickly.

Hope AC isn't hurt from the prang. Herlings did a hell of a job getting through the pack.

Sewer is really impressive, Febvre quietly always towards the front, Shorty is impressive, TG is made of rubber, and The Hoff is doing so well.

Overall, brilliant racing by All.

Great GP.. you cant fault that for action. Cairoli motored through but i think crashed again, possibly with Simpson, although that is only down to the fact they both went missing at the same time,

So Gajser is the new COW, every race he hasn’t crashed in he has won. Herlings looked off but luckily so is 222 and the 61 so it could have been worse. Of course the FMOTP won, it may be round 3 but it’s August. Jeremy, Febvre and AJ were pretty impressive today. Bodes well for the rest of the season.

Geerts not comfortable on that track. Too bad for him they have 3 GPs there.

Actually that's one of his favourite tracks. He got his first overall podium of his career there in 2018, and stood on the podium last season as well.

He just messed up. I think he was trying to attack Vialle too soon and was riding a little over his head that early in the race.
You were right. I thought he'd lose confidence after the first moto but he did good.

Do we know if they're going to reverse/alter the track for Wednesday?

Looked like the earlier battle with Seewer stopped Herlings momentum for a couple of laps. I agree that he's not himself for a long while now. It looks he's not comfortable on his bike. Even in Valkenswaard he was not riding 100%. None the less pretty impressive late moto charges from 84 and 222. He had to pass some very difficult guys to pass. Great for Gajser and the championship. Nice 2nd place for the Hoff. What was going on with Desalle?

Agreed on Herlings not looking like himself. He’s making a lot of small mistakes, and he’s not flowing around like he usually does. It was the same thing at Valkenswaard. Now he seemed like he started to get going, and then when Seewer took him wide it messed him up completely, Jasikonis came back by him and it took him almost 15 minutes to catch back up to Seewer. But the competition also makes it a lot harder, when 2 years ago Herlings and Cairoli casually gapped the rest by seconds a lap, now there’s 10 guys that fit in to those seconds which means you don’t get away with a bad start and when you start that late moto charge you have 5 to 7 guys to pass instead of 1 or 2.
For Herlings; he had a practice crash 2 weeks ago where he went KO.

Good racing today!

Notable Performances;

- Geerts with a horrible 1st run, and a prefect 2nd
- Vialle with a very good showing
- vd Moosdijk who seems to be the best EMX250 transfer.
- Boisrame solid.
- Fernandez with the speed, but not there with his stamina.

- The Hoff with 2 stunning performances
- Sewer with another not-just-yet one
- Febvre solid on the new bike
- Tonus had 2 good motos going, too bad for the get-off
- Cairoli off the pace (but there was a 2nd heat crash, bad recovery tho).
- Covington horrible (31st)
