Where do you get your jersey lettering

Edited Date/Time 7/28/2020 11:34am
Since Alias went a-wall I don't know where to get jersey lettering done. Any recommendations? I'm in the market for a new set of gear set.

Pretty much every graphics printing company does jersey lettering now. Pick your favorite one.

Check your local shirt/jersey printing store. The moto companies over charge for the same product.

Ditto. I normally use a local place. I choose the font and colors; 2 sets still come out cheaper than 1 set from a moto company. Whatever product they use for the lettering lasts for ever. I have sets from 2012 I still wear that have the lettering and numbers in tact, plus that MSR gear from those years is still in tact as well.

Luckily for me my wife has a cricut machine. Find your font style, cut it out on some permanent vinyl and heat press it on

I used to take my jerseys to a soccer shop and they'd do it for like 10 bucks.
My old lady has a cricut now.I'd like to experiment with that but haven't yet.

This is who I use and their quality is far better than others I have used. I've had sets Ive washed a million times and nothing ever peels or fades. They do full on custom stuff too, not just standard letters and numbers.

Started doing my own. Pick up a cheap vinyl plotter and get to it. You can do any color and style you want. Helps I know how to use Adobe illustrator but there are user friendly programs that come with the craft grade cutters.

EDIT: If anyone has any questions or needs some help/pointers I would be happy to help, send me a PM!

I have a plotter and make them on the side as a hobby. I only have white and black heat transfer but I can make you one for free if you’d like.

How does this vinyl heat transfer "sticker" hold up in the washer/dryer? Any long term reports?

Hey if you don't mind me asking, what font/numbers did you use for the 'Cobain' and 'Dean' jerseys? Those two are ones I'd like to add to my collection.

Wash on cold, hang dry for best results. [Long term experience] Also, Iron-ons with sharp or long spindly elements to them will peel easier than blocky designs. if you are looking for them to last the apocolypse stay away from true script fonts

On the cheap stuff its not that great. On the really good quality stuff its amazing. I've steam washed my jerseys many times and I've never had it peel or fade. This is with Bikegraphix. I've had a couple done at a t-shirt place and its always thin and crappy vinyl.

Hey man, I used Impact for the Dean Kit and Dream for the Cobian Jersey.
