Thanks!
We have smaller tracks over here and the pipe didn't have much low end power and then halfway the corners the power came in so it was not easy to ride the bike with the pro circuit pipe.
Also the shorter silencer made the bike too aggressive.
I'm now riding already 5 years with the HGS pipe and it's the best allround pipe I've had.

I installed a new OEM piston last week(had one in the spare parts kit) and changed the reeds to the Vforce3 because I can't find new petals for the alu reed block.
I also had the cylinder cleaned up because there were a lot of sharp edges on the ports. No porting job just small clean up.
First we did some heat cycles on the dyno and then we did a run with the HGS pipe, enduro HGS silencer and the vforce3 reeds.
There was a lot more overrev and more hp compared with the runs we did when the bike was new.
This is a comparison with 2 runs we did now and a run we did a half year ago with the HGS pipe, stock silencer and stock reed block.(light brown and purple line was the run back in 2019, orange, yellow and blue, light blue is now)

We also tested the DEP pipe and like I thought the DEP had a bit less torque but even more overrev then the HGS pipe with the enduro silencer.(orange and blue line is HGS, red and light blue is DEP)

Bike has peak power of +-51.5 hp
I will test a heavier flywheel on the track because the bike was a bit snappy the last time I rode it and it will be even more snappy now I guess..
I had a 9 oz flywheel weight when running the dep and honestly think I would have preferred the bike without it. It just took that bit extra time to start pulling.
We tested a PPS on my 2018 on the dyno also.
It had less torque than the HGS but more overrev.
I didn't like it on the track because I had to use the clutch more coming out of the corners compared to the HGS.
I'm not riding ONK, I'm not that fast 😀.
Since I broke my wrist badly in 2016 I ride more for pleasure. I will ride some clubcross races and maybe the OZK later this year in the Netherlands.
So it was just on a flat piece of dirt at a local farmer.
I first rode the bike like it was the last time, HGS pipe, OEM flywheel. It was fast and lifted the front end a lot coming out of the corners.
Then I put the DEP pipe on it, it was a bit easier coming out of the corners, the front wheel didn't lift so easy.
After that I tried the GYTR 8.4oz flywheel I bought a few weeks ago. The gears are more spread and the bike is more
predictable.
I've put the HGS pipe back on when I rode the last time and for sand tracks I think the GYTR flywheel + HGS pipe is the best combo. On a hard pack track the DEP may be better because it has a little bit less torque.
It was not so easy to test all this on a simple flat 'track' I need to ride the bike more on different tracks, I hope the corona virus is gone soon...
Also the titianium footpegs on 24MX were on sale, I couldn't resist to buy them at 84 euros.
The grip feels good, I hope they don't eat my boots too fast :D
I had a lot of stuff of my previous bike that blow up the engine because the rod broke.
I had installed a new OEM rod on the crank, new bearings, seals, 3 new shift forks, 2 new gears,...
I found a athena 300cc big bore kit also because my 250 cylinder was completely wasted.
Already have 3 hours on it now and like how the bike handles, easy to ride, enough torque to take corners in 3th gear
athena forged 71.96mm piston vs stock 250 66.35mm piston
Pit Row
Works very well, very strong power in the midrange and keeps pulling,
Maybe I switch back soon to the 250 engine to compare them

I live in West Flanders but ride more in the Netherlands then in Belgium.
Yes I was there back in 2017 with my yz250 and last year I was there to test the Sherco bikes.

The engine is for sale but only for the right price, I just don't need 2 engines because I only ride 15-20 hours a year..
The big bore 300 is easier to ride than my 250, it has power delivery ideal for enduro
Put a new piston on the bike a few weeks ago, The OEM piston out of the parts kit had 17 hours.
Bought a vertex size B and drilled 2 holes to lube the exhaust bridges.
At the same time also put a VHM head on with their stock insert(20.6cc)
Have rode the bike once now and can't really tell the difference between the stock milled head and the VHM head.
Compression was a bit lower with the VHM head measured with the previous piston.
Also have the new HGS silencer with the carbon end cap. The bike feels a bit snappier with this silencer but still has decent overrev.
Also my 2007 project bike is almost ready..
Complete rebuild from the frame up.
Wish I had more time to do builds like this...
