All the damn commercials make this almost unwatchable. If you exit out to look at something else, the commercials start over. Ridiculous.

Gold pass? The commercial breaks are the camera overlooking the pits as I yell at cars sitting at a red light with nobody around saying "just go dude wtf" and yes I'm a terrible person.

That’s not the gold pass. That’s regular NBC stream you’re watching. The Gold Pass doesn’t broadcast commercials.

The Gold Pass has had its own set of issues tonight, though.

You may have gold but if you are seeing commercials you are watching on NBCSports

When the tv goes silent that’s my cue to grab a refreshment and when I hear noise that’s when I sit back down.

No commercials on Gold Pass....but there is 3 minutes of deadtime with a track view. I start or watch the race late (not live) so I can whizz through that stuff.

What sucks about Gold Pass...on Roku, f the race is live, you are stuck watching it live. On a PC/Laptop, you can start from the beginning.

I don't understand why they can't show an overview of the track instead of planting a camera in the parking lot. At least Gold Pass viewers could get a little something to watch during mid race commercial breaks.

I watch the race on gold(not live) is there a way to fast forward? I seem to be able to only do it in 30 second increments.

I have the Gold Pass. It doesn't play commercials, but it does have a habit of switching to the camera in the parking lot right as a key pass is about to take place.

By the way, the best place to watch the Gold Pass is on Roku.

They have in the past. I'll guess they aren't trying to highlight the empty stands and chose to give us a view of the skyline instead. I like it.
