Wonder if Robbie owes him money? Said in sale these are the last jump bikes, Robbie will not jump anymore.
He is scheduled to jump in marrieta ohio late sept. The ohio river on a barge to west virginia. At least what the local paper printed.

Whatever else Evel was,he was a stud.he jumped stuff nobody else would on an overweight pig HD with a couple inches of suspension travel.Robbie doesn't deserve to carry one end of Evel's stretcher.
If RK wan't to prove something,why not a jump off with that Aussie guy(name escapes me right now).That would show a little ability I think.Cool

Robbie is a douche Max and most his jumps I would do right now no problem he's done a few good ones but the rest are lame and he rides like a D rider on crack.

I remember the night when he jumped and so did maddison Madison jumps like 300 feet looks perfect kneivel jumps like 80 feet and looks like hell I was cracking up.

I will give robbie some credit, making a living jumping motorcycles while the vital riders type away on their keyboards talking shit on him as they work 60hrs a week. If its that easy some of you guys should quit your jobs and do it.

Was this during Evel's younger years, or the last decade in his life? I was wrapped up in the bmx culture and mat hoffman was friends with him, did interviews with him, and had a signature bike for him. He always seemed like a cool laid back cat in his later years of life.


As far as Robbie, anybody living a life described in these threads is pretty sad. I hope someday he pulls together more courage than all of his stunts and starts facing his issues head on.

I give him props for catching backside on that tiny landing ramp in the video above. That must have been like hitting a bullzeye on a dartboard.

This was a fun thread to read through. I saw the documentary a couple weeks ago. It's funny how life works out. All he had was name recognition and less skill than a B rider.
