I'm in Northern Illinois, an hour from Parts Unlimited's WI warehouse. Currently our orders from PU are taking 7-8 days to arrive... WPS will come next day if in IN warehouse and I order before 9AM. Tucker will arrive next day if I order before 4 and it's in IL warehouse. So 3 different scenarios I have to weigh out each day depending on job/availability/price... We use local dealers for OEM parts, but Rocky Mountain if they show they have something in stock that we need. On May 9 I ordered 4 valves that were in stock in KY, usually would be to us next day. They said expected date 5/25 due to Covid. They arrived last Thursday 5/14... so basically being a parts and service guy right now is a daily mindf*ck lol...

RM currently states on their site orders will be received 12-16 days after placing orders for US customers. Motosport is still shipping within 24-48hrs of ordering

But as far as Rocky Mountain, I've order a couple times in the last month and never waited more than 3 days. Most of it is the shipping carrier. It's out of Rocky Mountains hands once they put a shippimg label on it. I've had a ton of issues with usps and Fedex lately.

I been ordering all my parts from local dealer, during these crazy times they can use our support more than ever. Getting my parts at same if not cheaper than online stores!! #SupportLocalDealers

Bloody he'll dude, the Aussie dollar is garbage at the moment why would you need to buy anything from the US with the terrible exchange rates and postage it's hardly worth the trouble. I usedd to buy from RM all the time when the Aussie dollar was close to the US dollar but it's been years since it was close enough to be worth it.

I got everything I ordered from the KY warehouse on 5/18 today. 2 days, not too shabby. The stuff coming from UT warehouse just shipped today so I'll have that in a few days as well. I love RM.

My company does online retail and I'm guessing larger shops like Rocky Mountain ATVMC are dealing with the same issues we are. For us there are two opposing forces that are causing fulfillment delays: 1) increase in sales (for more than one reason), but unfortunately, 2) at the same time staffing is limited (in both number and logistical capacity) due to personal distancing regulations and protocols enforced by OSHA. Smaller eBay / mom+pop shops are presumably unaffected by that sort of thing.

I know it sucks but these companies are really trying as best they can to satisfy the customers. They want the orders out the door quickly as much as you do.

Didn’t see this post until after I ordered. Sad thing is I had carts on both RM and Motosport with basically the same items for basically the same cost. Hit submit on RM because my last couple orders were from Motosport and I wanted to share the love.

Ordered Sunday with in stock items and didn’t pay attention to shipping as they are usually fast as hell and received the dreaded 10-12 day delay email yesterday...

Hopefully its just a blanket cover their ass email for all delayed orders and mine shows up tomorrow. Don’t necessarily need it for Friday but it would be nice.

all im saying is that, all of my overseas shipments.. RXR ( France)and Chainreaction cycles (uk).... have arrived faster than anything ive ordered in the US of A these past two months.

The Overseas stuff i ordered on a wed, they shipped dhl and was here on sat.. I did not pay for extra, and was blow the fuck away.

The boots i ordered through bobs cycle supply took about a week and a half, and they're out here in the usa

order 3 and 4 of 4 just shipped ... really need the upper shock bushing and bolt out of order number two that is still processing 🤦‍♂️ 😒

come on RMATV don’t fail me now get order 2 out the door and i might get to ride sunday if they ship as fast as order 1 of 4 did!!!
