Ferrandis came on the trajectory of Jett clearly in advance, and stop here. Then Jett decide to break through, without real change of trajectory, full gas on, no matter if Ferrandis is already here, and Jett ride on his bike (with the help of the edge mound of the turn).
On this action it's Jett who lost his mind, no way the reverse. Keep that in mind.

For once apple man is right !

This poll truly shows there’s about a 50/50 split on the opinion!
I think you meant to say "as usual", but I'll take it...…!

No passes were aggressive but not as much as 15years ago. If all races were as boring as the 450 race there would be less people watching. Hope to see more of it 😜

It seems like they allow REALLY hard hits, but ZERO retaliation. It should be a two way street.

Was mentioned above, DF was riding in desperation mode. He could see how far ahead Jett was and was riding crazy... He got away with it, well except for the boo birds they are going to hit him weekly from now on... And maybe the variety of Honda's that will be targeting the 1w.

Just my opinion.

You can't penalize that pass. Call it dirty, aggressive, stupid, impatient, or whatever, but you can't penalize it or you ruin supercross by opening a can of worms.

Do you think Ferrandis intentionally wanted to bulldoze Craig and wanted to take himself out in doing so? Dylan was desperate and impatient, but the aggressive "dirty" pass doesn't warrant a penalty.

For those who are pissed just think of your favorite rider doing the same thing in an upcoming race. It will eventually happen, and do you want your favorite rider penalized for an aggressive brain fart? This was not a blatant takeout move like Alessi on Tickle and I think emotion is clouding this fact for 50% of the voters.

This coming from a guy who is not a Ferrandis fan and had Christian Craig on my fantasy team.

Let the other riders or karma sort this out. Not too long ago everyone would have been saying "payback is a bitch" instead of "Penalize him!!""
So it's totally fine Craig just got penalized for a ruined season with a DNF that wasn't his fault from a dick wod move and Ferrandis gets off scott free? Forkner gets docked 2 spots for something way less that didn't involve taking out a rider and killing his season. Come on man yea the dude should of been penalized something

In fairness Craig DNFed himself in St. Louis so his season was already an uphill battle.

The only way to make sure that Dylan does not do this again is to put him on the ground and ruin his SX season. What goes around comes around.

that was just the worst timing possible - one split second either way and CC wouldnt have launched like that. Dylan's bike slots in between CC's 2 wheels and CC's rear wheel hitting Ferrandis threw him so spectacularly.

Obviously DF should have waited but I have to think he didn't think it would end up that bad - he isn't a dirty rider in general.

And as previously stated maybe Karma was just settling the score for Amart - DF was just the vessel for retribution lol.

Looks like some of the pro riders and Mrs. Craig agree with the minority on this poll...

The guys need to give each other room. Ferrandis should have been docked a position for riding recklessly. Osborne should have been docked for taking Joey out in a reckless manner las year. If the AMA started making riders pay for their careless moves things would be better and a rider would have to work at making a respectful safe pass. It is a drag when we are denied a close race because someone got knocked off his wheels and/or had his bike damaged too badly to continue. It is MX not roller derby.

"... but it is racing". lol

The memes are quite funny actually.

(Just for information too, to make sure we are on the same page, we can all agree the move on Craig was a dumb mistake trying to rush to win and that costed him quite a few points in the championship, on Hill he overjumped and could not brake enough, and on Jonass he was cross jumped a few times before that.)

Those clips will be watched in 30 years, more actually than some good races, with people thinking "ah it was the good old days, now any contact and any block pass are prohibited so we see only 3 passes per main and we use e-bikes" lol.

Here is a list of "Not always clear cut legends" that contributed to make MX/SX a popular "action sport" :
Hannah, Carlquist, Healey, Lechien, Bradshaw, Matiasevich, Brooks, Larocco, Kiedrowski, Hugues, Brown, Desalle, JS7 in his kawi years, Langston, Barcia, Rick Johnson, RC, JLaw, Mike Craig, Roncada, Tortelli, DV etc.

"Are you not entertained ?" Woohoo

I really hope this happens and can’t wait. I’ll be cheering as loud as I was screaming when he was on his kamikaze mission last weekend.
