I'm looking for a way to get away from messy paper waivers and release forms. Is anyone doing this successfully? I'd like to use a system that makes it more efficient and more secure from a risk standpoint. Thanks

Hopefully someone will just so happen by and give detailed information about such an option. Even a link, maybe? Anyone have just the exact info, coincidently?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about tracks but our local rock climbing gym does all of their liability release forms digitally/on iPads etc. and it is much faster and more convenient from the customer's side

Easy enough to do. but I would make sure I had some paper just in case it takes a shit when you least expect it.

Here in Holland one of my regional tracks has a system with a ´creditcard´. These cards are rider registered and you can either choose to pay for a full membership or just put money on it at home for single rides. Track manager scans your card on arrival. Works great for both riders and the track manager!

Some of the race organizations around my area use our AMA card to scan your info and then enter your class on a touch screen with a card reader attached. They still print out the entry form from this and make you hand sign and date it though. I'm sure you could do some kind of touchscreen signature, but I'm not sure how that would work.

I would look into a system that Pole Position or K1 Kart tracks uses. Or ski slopes.

We used old fashion paper waivers for sign in. Tried and true.
