MM Racing Started a new thread Any track owners using iPads on race day and or practice?
12/11/2019 2:28pm I'm looking for a way to get away from messy paper waivers and release forms. Is anyone doing this successfully? I'd like to use a system that makes it more efficient and more secure from a risk standpoint. Thanks Keith

Depends on the dirt. PNW clay-based stuff we just pack it down hard with a dozer and make sure it's crowned so runoff doesn't pool. Drainage is key - move the water wherever you can to keep it off the track. When I start my builds I try to raise the track surface above normal ground level everywhere I can. Requires a lot of planning, and sometimes bringing in dirt, but a dug-in track is way harder to manage in the wet than a built-up track.
