Just checked as of now 8 hours in he has 27 upvotes and you 17 downvotes, were you expecting that? I think he is winning and you are loosing but I think the biggest looser is KTM but I have to laugh at you the most because you were the first comment and you were so sure he was wrong but looks like Vital has decided you are wrong by a long way lol.
I honestly didn’t expect the vital orange brigade to have the good of a sense of humor

I'm not suprised one bit. I always knew KTM owners had a great sense of humor no matter how hard they tried to hide it. How else could they buy a KTM? Whistling

It's to make it easier to push back to your truck after it grenades itself.

They might be the biggest looser too...

This thread does remind me of Cambridge MX in MN ( in the early 2000’s) there was absolutely no pit riding so when you came off the track you had to push your bike back to the pit..omg that sucked!
Wonder if it had to do with the nearby church at the Cambridge track? Back in the 70s we couldn't even start engines or begin practice till 12:00 noon at Cambridge. Raced on Sundays back then. Cant believe we got all the racing in. Anybody remember that? I also remember being required to sit side saddle, 1st gear to putt putt back to the pits at some tracks, but better then pushing!!!

Tip: Run your tire px at 30PSI and the bike rolls nice when your pushing it back to the truck. This trick works on all brands ..... Smile

I remember not that long ago, Yugo was going to re-enter the market with a station wagon called the 'WeGo'. LOL.

Honestly i would not buy a ktm, the price is 2k more than other brands here, i don’t like steel frame and for my riding buddies experiences on their sx125’s.
Only one guy has 100 hours on his sxf 250 (2018) and has only done the piston, not even the clutch. Makes me WOW.
Why don’t you like steel frames?
Can't bling em out.

Multiple AF conversions in there.

I noticed that. 2 x Kawasaki's and 1 CR. All three frames appear to have shat themselves in a similar area.

Suspect all let lose on thier fabbed cradles. Note none of the manufacturer built bikes of any make have a mid frame failure like all of those.

There also appears to be some aftermarket triple clamp failures in there.

Just about every af conversation you seen broke will be broken in just about the same spots. The aluminum frame can’t handle a two stroke in engine unless it’s a Yz. Yes Honda produced their 250 and 125 in an aluminum frame, but if you search the web you’ll see that even those production bikes have broke in half just like the conversion ones.
