DV , I first saw this bike of yours about a month ago , and by this thread title , when I read " My Red pipe YZ "......I was thinking , " what the Eff is he thinking!!?? "...........Then you posted the after pic! You totally redeemed yourself! Gawd dang it that YZ 250 is Beautiful! Hope to see you , Dylan or some other fast bastard rip that SOB! Not a 3 minute video , where 1/2 of it it is just showing the bike either......I mean a proper go-pro 8 - 10 min rip around a track. Please!

Btw....great job on the build dude! I know you did that build proper , with a lot of thought and care into what you were doing. So let that sucker sing man!

That thing turned out awesome! I assume/hope there's a ride video coming soon?

Edited to add: The mullet eagle shirt and creeper 'stache were a nice touch.

Every time I see that Yamaha model recreated I remember that it is simply the best looking bike model ever created.

Great video!!! I actually sat down and watched the whole video. Love me some 2 stroke!!!
Those late 90’s early 00 Yamaha’s were the cleanest in the pits. Simple graphics, with blue and silver.
Oh DV, Joyeax Anniversaire!!!

Is it just me, or does the subframe or rear fender look bent to the right on the bike? Could just be the perspective of the camera. I'm a bit OCD.

DV said in the video that he had to work on the subframe. Still not looking right.

I've never wanted to look for a $700 YZ more after watching this.

I'd love to see a parts cost break down of this DV12.

You really thought I would've left a subframe that bent, bro? It's the wide lens of the GoPro that does that. Subframe was fixed by me with a torch and my guns 😂

Gas line is fine. Just wasn't hooked for some reason and missed it before the shoot
