Well I wasn't planning on buying another bike but I couldn't resist. 2006 100% original tires, grips, sprockets! Will wash it tomorrow and get better pictures.

I had the same bike! great motor, horrible forks. I Sent forks and shock to race tech made it much more enjoyable. Great find and yes. Correct spoke with my wallet thread. 927 Maxima and a splash of race gas, if AXE body spray ever came out with that scent I’d buy it by the case! Braaaap!

If you do anything for the forks send them to MX-tech and get them to install the lucky kit in them. Such a improvement over stock and stock revalve. Even tried periods correct kit forks for it. Not as good.

Wow I just did a wash but it needs to be stripped to clean fully. This thing is amazing... The chain was a loose 4 fingers but looks like it's never even been adjusted.

Holy crap I've never actually seen a filter disintegrate lol.

That air filter cage clip (black thing) looks different from my 06 though.

ypur gonna want to sandblast the swingarm and subframe and top tripple clamp. and get the dumbass kawi spray paint off of it.

Don't mind that detonation sound it makes, it's not blowing up! They knock hard under a load, it's gross.

I cleaned it up some and put a filter on it. The intake was pretty dirty with filter oil and pieces. The cylinder was mint still has cross hatching, starts first kick.

The one thing that I dig about the Kawi is that almost no one has them, be prepared for a lot of attention with yours when you are at the track. I was at Milestone a couple weeks ago, two separate guys came and took pictures, thumbs up rolling through the pits and guys watching from the side of the track. Its pretty cool!
