Very sad to see/hear and hope and pray for the family. Would be awesome for someone to take over and get it put on the outdoors.

Sad to hear these circumstances force the sale. All the best to them.

That sucks. What a kickass track! Hope someone pick it up and keeps it going. If you haven’t been you are missing out!

Track is great.

Need to insert the video of Kenny making a lap around the track when the new Honda just came out. He mentioned it being a national caliber track.

I think parking is/was the major holdback on getting a pro national.

Such a bummer to hear. I am not familiar with the track, but the circumstances behind the sale are shitty. I am glad to see that the current owner has contingencies in place to ensure that who ever buys it not only has to have the same passion, but also that the people employed get to continue on with their employment. I wish them the best of luck, and my prayers are with them.

Really a bummer. We spent some time with Chris when hr first acquired the track and he's just an awesome guy. Great facility, but mostly I wish him the best.

Toms asking price was $975k, since Chris acquired it, improvements have been made, new tracks built, etc. so i dont see it being under 7 figures considering the upgrades to an already excellent facility
