I think that was mentioned last year. If I remember correctly it's to flip a switch to turn off the cooling fans for the radiators.

Anyone catch Carlos working on the #2 on the podium? Looked like he removed something from the airbox. Wonder why the rush to work on it before even getting to the truck. Also, isn't that technically illegal to work on the bike before the post-race tech inspection?

Such a shame to see Ken fade still but it looked like he is getting better. 2nd in a tough moto on a day like today is not too shabby.

I watched the last moto on the NBC app after it had started and it let me start from the start even though the race was still on which it wouldn’t let me do when I tried another time so perhaps they fixed that? Great if they did

So what I don’t get is if they have to rush to remove the seat and unplug the fan, so it doesn’t drain the battery ( what someone said at ktm earlier this year). Then why don’t we see the mechanic lifting the seat to hook it up minutes before the gate drop? It can’t sit there for 10 min or however long it is with the bike off or it would drain the battery? What are they really doing?
