I think they are doing a great job on this game and are heading in the right direction in so many ways. However, the top secret dlc that they try to turn into a guessing game is something I haven't seen a single post about anywhere in favor of it.

Regardless it's probably going to be really good. I'll buy it but from now I'm waiting until they just tell us what it is I'm done trying to figure it from their hints. It may not be their intention but sometimes their clues point us in the wrong direction.

I'm pretty much over the guessing games too. They do it with every single DLC. I'll just wait and see what drops. Got my hopes up too many times now to end up with a Slash DLC. That way I'll be happily surprised if I don't have high expectations

Personally, this is the only clue I can find, and I never said anything when I first read it weeks back. I figured the words "2018 Nationals DLC" could have been confused with the "Hometown Mx Nationals", that came out in 2018... but me no think so now Smile

- Glen Helen previously licensed to MXGP, Red Bud lobby photo via Epiphicate, and rumors of them (Rainbow) working out at Washougal

- In addition, AMA license, something we have quote "wanted for a very long time", and swear on my life the Swedish gentleman whose stream I watched (playing Arenacross DLC damn near 2 months prior to release), he said the words "future DLC, AMA Arenacross and Lucas Oil Pro Nationals".

But like Green said, we are so close, does any of this even matter anymore? She gonna be announced any day now.

That, and my video announcing we were getting Lucas Oil Nationals got view locked days after I published it, it stayed at the same view count literally days after publication (06/19/2018) for almost a year. I mean, come on, you mean a click-baitee title such as "AMA Lucas Oil Motocross DLC/Arenacross Coming Soon!" that damn near jumped to a 1,000 views in a day just falls off a cliff like that?

Naw,

Then again, I am all chips in, and I am chasing a royal flush on the river card at this point. So of course I am going to believe it was not a coincidence.

Will eat a big ole fat plate of crow, deep fried

Only time will tell!

it’s a nationals pack of tracks. epicphates photo kinda stamps it. plus the “2018 nationals” daniel posted. like i’ve said alllllll along, they’ve given a ton of hints towards replica national tracks right before the hometown dlc. everyone freaked out on them when it was hometown nationals and not replicas as if it were the end of the world and they couldn’t/wouldn’t add anymore dlc. just because it wasn’t then doesn’t mean it can’t be now.

So reading through the last 10 pages is mostly DLC and Patch updates but can anyone tell me if there is still there terrible jumpy/skipping frame rate issues the game had when it first come out? I bought it about 2 weeks after release and it was literally unplayable, I went straight back to the game shop and traded it for MXGP pro. I like MXGP but find the lack of traction so frustrating, Skidding out in every turn! So has All Out fixed the frame rate issues?

I play on a regular ps4. I agree it was a mess on release, the frame rates were really bad. It has improved a lot. It is a totally different game than it was back then. I still see complaints on frame rates but honestly it plays well for me now.

If you give All Out another try just be prepared for a little bit of a learning curve. I think the physics are great as do many others but some don’t like them. Playing with bike set up is key, once you get a setting you like it plays really well IMO. If you look in the forum you’ll see some setups that you can start with and adjust from there. The bike tuning can really change how the game feels. I wouldn’t be surprised if all of us use different set ups. Also the use of both sticks is more necessary than it is with Milestones games.

It's literally not even the same game that it was on release day due to patches and updates. I say that in a good way because I was one of the ones in the beginning that just wanted a refund because it was so bad. I put it away for a good 3-4 months. Its my go to MX game now

Dont redline the physics with cranked out tunes if you are looking for realism. The more you play her naturally, the more she will have back to offer on the physics front. Light/Loose chassis, slicker tires, weaker brakes, and reduced engines.

For example, my 125 tune feels like a 110 supermini in comparison to the 450s. But that actually makes me feel like I am on a 125, having to stay pinned or bust. My 450 engine is literally all the way to the left, why? because it gives me sensation that I am absolutely gutted and hucking for my life just to hit triples and quads vs. playing the game like mad-tracks (which ironically, is fun too).

It is your responsibility to remove that "on rails",and "floaty-ness" feeling, do not expect the game to automatically do it for you. OR embrace it, and hop in competitive lobbies.

The choice is yours, just set your ego to the side if you go the realistic route, people are going to assume you are slow.

If you want to go cartoon network/mad track fast, it is heavy chassis, maximum grip tires, cranked engines, sprockets roughly all the way down, and brakes cranked.

Sorry, but it is not completely different, it is finally a 1.0 working game. Sad that this is the new standard gamers appreciate now...games that work as intended (1.5 years later mind you!). Basically, Rainbow pulled an EA "live service" snafu to get away with releasing an unfinished, untested game and then using sales and post release content sales to complete the project. Please don't confuse this with how people are enjoying the game. I am just pointing out how far we as customers have gone down hill in expectations. Imagine buying a dirt bike and waiting for the engine and suspension to be "patched" over one year after purchase in order for it to work correctly.

I’m sure it’s been mentioned in the 154 pages but what’s everyone running tuning wise? Just started playing on Xbox so wanted to see if I’m in the same ballpark. Mostly everything to the far right?

Day 1 perfect releases are just not a thing anymore, i'm not sure why people hang their hat on that idea.

i look at it more like some developers put a game out and stand behind it for the life of the game (Hello Games, Naughty Dog, Rainbow), and other developers pump out shit game after shit game and never address any of the issues aside from little patches to make it functional until the next yearly release (Milestone, EA).

Rainbow actually gives a shit about their product and it shows. is All-Out the best moto game for everybody? no. but i love it and i'll keep supporting a company like Rainbow for continuously releasing updates and DLC making the game better and better.

Kinda unrelated, but could these guys release a track editor with the PC version, like they did back with Unleashed? I know I say it all the time, but that was the most fun I’ve ever had with a video game. I’d buy a good gaming pc just to play that game if THQ did that. Then you’d have everyone making new tracks, skins, etc. like MX Sim, but without the crazy learning curve. I’d throw $200 at that today if I could get it lol.

They sell additional tracks as DLC now so no way we're getting a track editor.

Rainbow has said time and time again that they will not release an editor for this game. Maybe the next one but it isn’t as easy as most of you would think

But would that stop everyone from buying new tracks? I can see with the bikes and gear and stuff, but I’d love to be able to make whatever I feel like playing on. That community was fun as hell too.

Maybe not everyone but I think it would effect their DLC sales.
