More likely? Prado, 100%. I don’t know how anyone could argue otherwise.

But neither will “dominate” while Herlings and Gajser are around.

Prado would be my guess, but that's based on how he rides the 250. You never know how a rider is gonna be on a 450. Sometimes they never are as good as they were on the 250, and some are better on the 450 than they ever were on the 250. Jonas rides the 450 pretty good. I'd still bet on Prado though.

i say Prado, he won his title much younger than Jonas, and with the way MX2 works by ageing out people at 23 you dont get as stacked fields, although that same policy makes MX1 more stacked,

Prado will be the dominate rider over there in years to come. Herling's will hold that crown for a while , with some great fights with Gasjer , Febvre and a few others here and there. But I see Jorge taking that crown in about 3 years , and going on a streak like Tony or Stefan.

Nobody will dominate against a fit Herlings. Gajser is getting back up to speed after his bad injury last year. Cairoli looks like he is starting to drop off a bit and will have to be faultless for the rest of the year if he wants that title.

My guess is Prado will be the next 450 killer.
Kid is quite incredible to be honest, give him some time on the 450 and I can see him running with Herlings.

Damn the GPs are awesome this year!!!

As much of a Herlings fan I am, you can't deny Prado's amazing style and technique. Never seen anyone with such a beautiful style on track

Gajser is back and then some, no getting up to speed with him. He is faster than he has ever been.

Prado's chances are really high, but I'm still gonna take his domination with a grain of salt since he is one of the lightest and smallest in his class combined with arguably the fastest bike. Not saying it all comes down to that, because the kid is incredibly talented, but the MXGP class is a more levelled playing field. I think Prado's first year would be similar to Jonass'.

Herlings and Gasjer need to get through more than one full season healthy before anyone can call it dominating. i do think they're far and away the fastest this year.

my money is on Prado winning the 450 class in the next couple years. amazing starter and sprint speed.
