Ive had mine for 6 months or so. It works as a stretching aid 100%. As a byproduct of that, arm pump is reduced a bit. That being said, the claims of zero arm pump and stronger forearms is far fetched. Its a stretching aid, nothing more. Maybe i need the spray??

I have had about an 80% reduction in arm pump and a much stronger grip. Don't know about forearm strength changes. Grip is definitely stronger though. You can't just use the device on ride days. You need to use it at least 3-4 times a week and integrate it into your weekly workout routine. Just using it on the day you ride is going to do what people are above claiming - stretching tool. If you wanted to become more flexible - do you think you would become more flexible just by stretching before you go ride? No, you would do it 4-5 times a week, or more often. Our son used to be super tight and not flexible at all. He started TKD 3-4 days a week. After a couple of years, he's doing crazy stuff (flexibility wise) and has his black belt. Use the Forearm strong 3-4 times a week before workouts and I guarantee your results will be better.

Tried the spray - saw no benefit. Was worthless.

I have used mine for 3 seasons and it has help reduce arm pump about 30%. The key thing is I can hang on and be in much better control with the increased grip strength. My2cents😎👍🏻

I made my own which turned out pretty good . I don't know if it helped with arm pump but definitely made my grip stronger . That said I don't really use it anymore . I changed my workouts and think that helped more
