Indy moto scene?

I'll be starting a new job soon that will move me to Indiana, likely in the Indy area. With the exception of Lincoln Trail that I'm already familiar with, what moto tracks are located within an hour or two of Indy?

East Fork over in Ohio might be close to that range. AP7's dad owns it.

Edit: maps shows 2:30 drive time

Parsons MX - Odon, IN (2hr)
Linton MX small track in Linton, IN (2hr)
Another smaller track, Posey Co. MX - Near New Harmony, IN (3hr)
Just across the river into KY - Echo Valley MX they just recently held a LL Area Qualifier. (3hr)

That's about it south of Indy.

FMX Paradise and Wildcat Creek as well. Too bad Iron Man isn't open to the public. There really aren't any tracks around Indy. Quite a few up north and down south. Motoland isn't really all that close either. 2.5 hours but you can ride all day pretty much (if you like sand). Glad to be in northern Indiana we actually have quite a big track selection - the problem is they are all an hour away from me!

Echo Valley is pretty good. I go there a lot. Good flow. Seems to try hard to open as much as he can even with crappy weather

We enjoy riding there also. Very family friendly environment. BTW, I just noticed you are from OC, I live in Winslow so were close.

Is this for real? A city the size of Indianapolis (over 2 million in the metro) and it is a 2+ hour drive to the nearest MX track? That's bonkers

Lot more tracks up here in northern Indiana private and public, Indy is flooded with the woods scene, motocross is about dead.

I do announce and help run some fair races that’ll be around Indy area too but that’s obviously just one off races.

Everyone seems to be forgetting REDBUDDD!!! It's only 2.5 hours away from Indy. Also, Log Road MX is another great track about the same distance.

Ironman, Red Bud, Lincoin Trail, Wildcat Creek MX. And like moto mike said indy is absolutely FLOODED with XC racing. We have two series, IXCR and MWXC that run strictly in the state.

Badlands - Attica Indiana, off-road park and motocross track. They have great hours, Wildcat and most other facilities in that area aren’t open a lot.

Badlands is all things that ruins the legitimacy of Moto. I'm sorry, but if you love riding unprepped, open areas with quads ripping around with flags then Badlands is your place.

Badlands is not a motocross facility but it is a place to ride a motocross bike. I don’t think it’s right to compare it to an actual motocross track. Honestly, I’d be bitter too if I lived in Lafayette and had to drive when Wildcat isn’t open but I live 5 minutes from FMX paradise and 20 from LTMX. I’d never drive past either one if they are rideable. Lol. But middle of winter it can be fun to go down to the Badlands and ride.

I’m not sure if it’s still around or not but there was a track called Staunton MX about an hour outside of Indy.

That's what I was thinking , but it's about the same amount of travel time for me to get to a nice track.
