What happened on the reeds is that Steve put them back into production. I’d built more than 200 sets with items from the parts department and then got cut off lol, couple weeks later they start retailing the Cr500 and Kx500 reed assemblies again. Bogus! Lol

You have inspired me from the beginning with your fantastic constructions and even more from now on with all these pieces that you re-edit.

Thank you again for these awesome crankcases that you make!...

The project is progressing slowly because I would need a lot of parts like gearbox 4 speed (HRC) with the barrel and forks (Mark C from canada or TG from USA you can contact me)

Send me a set of cases, a cylinder and a head. I’ll port the cases and cylinder, change the volume of the head, plug to piston depth, squish width, distance and profile of the chamber.
Results compared to a stock engine add up to 18ftlbs of torque at 3800-4200rpm (stock its 24-26). Peak power increases, but the gain is in the delivery window, it’s 1500-2000 rpm longer, engine will pull to 9500 instead of hitting the stock fuel stall at 8700-8800. I can set it up for the rpm, altitude, fuel, and intended duty you’re going to give it.
