Seen on racer-x, that it looks like Kawasaki is keeping Adam, due to what they have invested in him, and looks like Joey savatgy is going to factory Honda HRC.

I’ll bet it’s a done deal, just like Tomac has already signed his contract with Kawasaki. They just like to keep us guessing

Just busting your chops LOL

resigned
having accepted something unpleasant that one cannot do anything about.
"my response is a resigned shrug of the shoulders"

re-sign
sign (a document) again.
engage (a sports player) to play for a team for a further period.
(of a sports player) commit oneself to play for a team for a further period.
"they both played for the club last season and have agreed to re-sign"

Still speculation, nothing official has been released.

I would hope that HRC gives both of them a 1 year “SEND IT” contract, and they re-sign whomever has the better year.

Wishful thinking I know, but make it happen

That would be a bad ass team for MCR, hopefully with HRC support.

I'd bet if that was his only option he'd retire

No

They already have a three man team with Mookie, Freise, and Brayton.

Cole Seely is very close with TLD, so I can imagine that TLD asks Roger DeCoster if they have a place somewhere for him. Factory KTM has been a three riders squad before, BTO has been a three riders squad before, ...

Why? Would you classify an MCR ride as “better” than JGR?

I never would have ever thought that MCR is more likely to be around than JGR is for 2021. Of course MCR isn’t paying anyone $500,000 a year like JGR is.

I don't know what it means (I wasn't exactly a Savatgy fan on the 250's) but this guy just looks the part now. There's something about his race craft, his angular style on the bike, even his gear, that makes me think he's going to be a big deal. At this stage in the game, I've given up on predictions, but I haven't given up on Joey Savatgy. Not one bit.

JGR isn't a Full Factory Team.
They get help with funding and bikes.

Its not like Kawi,Honda or KTM/Husky where there getting factory parts etc..
Last time Suzuki was a Factory team was when JS259 was there.

It would be so awesome if the factory teams could all field 3 450 guys for the whole season. In the big picture with injuries it probably averages out to about 2.5 riders per year in a good year. Or like Yamaha this year, maybe even less if they had Barcia, AP and another full-time guy. I know, money, money, money but the factories also back these f*cking talent mines that sign up pre-teens to 6 year deals, develop them and turn them out as 250 pro, then field 4-6 man 250 efforts....then only do 2 man teams in the premier class. Somehow the model has become inverted over the years.

Rant off.

KTM doesn't have the US budget to go that route these days. TLD wouldn't have that pull on Roger/KTM either.

According to a few teams I've asked, it would cost around $500,000 a season to field a third full time factory 450 bike (race, practice, test bikes, all parts associated) and that's before needing a third mechanic, third rider, and the associated travel for those two individuals.
