This looks incredible. I'm building a similar Husky TC250 but without the cone valve's unfortunately. For your Neken, I also got some, did you buy the neken pump? And did you measure what it was set to from the factory? Don't forget to the grease the racer!

I think I saw you had already bought a new bar, but I bought a Neken SFH K Bar with the SFH throttle/grip kit. They are brand new, but I'm not using them. I decided to go with Flexx bars. Let me know if you want a good deal on them to try it in combination with the Neken TC's. It's an interesting design, but they are 32" and I need 31" or less for Enduro and there are no ways to mount wrap around hand guards due to the smaller diameter exit.

TM Designworks stuff showed up Thursday, handlebars and chain should be delivered today, and the Rekluse slave guard, 350 wedges, and Radius CX upgrade kit should be here Tuesday. The graphics proof has been approved and paid for, so they should be here soon as well.

I don’t think I need the bars. I strongly considered a pair of them, but went with my original thought of Evo bars. I’m second guess them, as I’d like to try the Contour bars. Decisions decisions...

Everything but the new plastic and graphics will be done tomorrow night. I’ll take and post a picture.

Almost done. Few more things and it’ll be ready to ride. Huge thanks to danman for all of the help!

Great looking bike. I actually just picked up a 2018 KTM 350 sxf as well! It's sitting in my garage untouched so far, as I am just waiting for my Maryland weather (and schedule) to line up. I'm really excited to hear and see other 350's as this is my first. Stepping down from a 450, and looking forward to something new.

There are a few small things left, but this is very close to the end result.

Thanks for the compliment. This is my first 350 as well. We’ve had a few nice days of weather here in Wisconsin but my work schedule isn’t meshing with the weather, sadly.

I’ve got a friend in the same shoes as you. He’s also dropping down from a 450 to a 350. I think you’ll both be happy.

Thank you. I haven’t tried them yet either, but the reviews are very good. I doubt at my ability level that I’ll notice a difference, but that’s fine. They support drag racing and now motocross, so I’ll support them.

It’s a Works Connection skid plate. I got the one with the most coverage.

How have you liked going from the 450 to the 350?

Incredible build my man! You know how to build a bike!
I know you already have a skid plate but IMO the Polisport offers a little bit more coverage. Here is a picture of it on my bike just for reference.

Here are a few photos of the almost-finished product. The only thing I have yet to install is the Husqvarna ignition cover and a holeshot device. I might get an aftermarket shifter and brake lever at some point, but not now. I may also look at trying a set of PT Fuzion bars instead of the Evo bars.

I like the blue of the TLD bikes more than the Factory bikes, so I went that route and had the graphics altered a bit to match the seat. My graphics guy knocked it out of the park. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how this turned out overall. I’m including a photo of Herlings bike for comparison. I’ll post more detailed photos later and do a “bike check” in hopes of being “Bike of the Day” at some point.

So has no one really looked at the graphics and noticed the difference with Herlings? Pretty big difference, I think.

By the way, Mr Orakes(644), If you want to get to work on your new scoot, you have about 30 days. Our house sold in 36 hours on the market. It's time to move! Not sure where yet. We may end up in a yurt in the country somewhere next to those Bulls on the graphics above.(HINT HINT)

36 hours...NICE danman! I'll have to find a Rekluse stat! Otherwise, so far just the ECU and the gearing change.

Bike looks better than Herlings, Mr. T-Fish!
