Simple green is harsh. I prefer mr Clean over Shout. But Maxima biowash is the hit with me. Not too expensive either

OP, it looks like most of the same suggestions in other similar threads. I'm personally going to try the spray bottle Shout considering there are several guys here who have been using it long term without any degradation. If I don't like it, I'll go back to dish soap and WD40.

Pick one:

Mean Green
Scrubbing Bubbles
SC1
Pro Green MX
Muc Off
Mr. Clean
Dawn
Snow Foam Gun
Simple Green
Tide Pods
Shout
Motorex
Charlie's Soap
Liquid Tide
S100
Slick Products
Fabuloso
Maxima Biowash

Most of these will probably all produce the same end result...

Slick products! Works great and is for moto
I second that. I've been using their products for over a year and they are very good. No complaints on delivery or quality. I bought the pressure washer attachment and it works great.

Not really cleaning product per se but I found a little trick that revives plastic better than anything I've ever seen or used.

Walmart sells a 2 pack of wool dryer balls that are supposed to help dry your clothes faster. After skimming the plastics down in the pictures for a project bike I've been doing with a flat razor blade to knock down the scratches and to get below all the soaked in dirt and oil stains I then used a maguire's headlight restoration kit that has drill mounted 800, 1500 and 3000 grit wet sandpaper to wet sand ther plastics. I then drilled a hole as centered as I could get it through one of those wool balls and then used a 1/4" x 6" bolt with wide washers to fashion a drill mount with the wool ball. I then used the macguires plastic polish included with the headlight kit and the wool balls to polish the plastics.

I used very little to almost no pressure with the wool balls and they did a great job putting a final polished sheen on the plastic.

I tried all kinds of different things but with most you have to be super cautious with the speed of the drill your using and the amount of pressure before they get a little warm and bite into the plastic before you even knew they were warming

They don’t harm them they “sexually relieve them” into the bucket Blink

Another vote for Slick Products. The bike wash and foam cannon combo is great when paired with a pressure washer. The soap lasts a while too as you only use 4oz. per wash. Much quicker then my old mop and soap bucket method. If its good enough for the GOAT then its good enough for me.

Shout hands down. Buy it in the 4L jugs. Mix with water in a pesticide sprayer.

I hate Simple green. I usually mix Dawn dish soap and water in a spray bottle. Works just like Maxima Bio-Wash at a quarter of the cost.

For the heavier messes, I use ZEP degreaser and always finish off with Maxima SC1.

Mr. Clean Summer Citrus Multipurpose Cleaner - melts away the dirt as good as or better than any cleaner on the market.

Shout is practically a non-scrub product too.
