Good work!
Are those replica graphics or did you score some original One graphics? Back in 2001, Dirt Bike Magazine, iirc, tested his bike - it would be good to find that article. I used to have it but some how I lost it and am still gutted.

Is the suspension coated stockers or the RG3 stuff they used back then?
It would be nice if there was a replica front brake rotor that was available somewhere.

Absolutely love his 01 outdoors bike. My fave looking bike ever (and I've only ever had kx 2st's).

Bitchen job, nice, clean build!

Graphics were done by Throttle Jockey. We spent a lot of time to get them as close to the originals as possible, just like on the Suzuki of Troy bike. They do very good work and their isn't a logo on the bike that shouldn't be there.
-Engine covers are real carbon.
-Hubs are stock that were turned down and coated.
-Suspension is coated stock upper and lowers on the front and shock is kitted.
-As for the front brake, I dont have the real deal but I did collect a ton of reference pictures and I got it very close. His bike has some changes from race to race that year, like the lower clamp and holes in the side plates.

A kx disc won't be oversize like the one TP used. The older slotted style ones were 240mm iirc.

Depends if it'll get ridden, but maybe an EBC floating oversize disc as it has round holes, then mill the holes into slots? Suppose it depends how far you wanna go.

On mine its an RMZ disc but from the era when they were working together. Just looking to get it close, bike won't be ridden, and I think Im fine with what is on it now. I bought a cheap used floating disc with that slot pattern on ebay that might have matched better but it didn't fit the hub.

Where did you find the carbon clutch cover and frame guards for the 2001 also whats the brand? Thanks

I would've done unspeakable things as a 15-year-old to get that bike. Beautiful build, thanks for sharing.

Engine covers are DSP. I bought a whole engine to get that clutch cover. The ignition cover was listed on here or ebay, I can't remember now. In these pictures the frame guards are modified Lightspeed one, but Ill have new pictures soon with NOS DSP ones.
