I concur on the yellow frame. It's hard to pull that off. I tried a white frame a long time ago and had little hope of it looking good, but ended up liking it quite a bit:

That is a hell of a build. I hope it rides as good as it looks.

Nice choice of color combination. It is refreshing and pleasing to the eye. Great work at building it as well.

Mannnnn this thing is sick! The attention to detain is what makes builds like this worth reading through because I know exactly what goes into them. RM 2 strokes are the best just saying. I think I’ll have to go with the 2018 front end on my 125 build

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Below is a pic of the simple bracket I made to mount the 2018 RMZ front number plate/front fender. Started with a 6" pc of 1/4" aluminum 1" flat stock. Drilled 3 holes and did 2 cut outs for cable routing. Used cheap die grinder and bench grinder. Very easy to do and took less than 15 minutes. Will clean up the angles and cerakote it soon.

Love the build, currently doing my 125 right now for the second time. I’m seeing a lot of guys doing that cerakoting on their parts. With all the parts you did we’re they cerekoted or are they just powder coated that colour and texture?

Very nice! What clutch perch and rear brake clevis are you using? Having trouble finding a blue one for my 06.

Not sure about the clevis, but the works connection elite perch comes in blue and works great for these bikes.

Only thing I powder coated was the frame. All other coatings are Cerakote.

The clutch perch is NOS Pro Circuit from DocWob Imports. I drilled and tapped new threads in the blue brake clevis to fit. Turned out perfect. It's not build if you just bolt on parts someone else made lol.

Absolutely beautiful build. Love the graphics and the plastic/tank update. Making me rethink my KTM oldies love.

I was thinking about buying an 2006 RM250 available local. After seeing this thread I have to get it. Crazy build.

I really how like detailed this old build is, the outcome shows that it's a successful modification.
