If mxon is indeed the most "prestigious" mx race in history with the best current riders representing their country, they really should keep a jump that 12 year olds do on amateur day.

Every time there is a MXoN in America they tone down the track for the GP riders. It's BS. The Americans race the European tracks as is every year, so why do we have to accommodate them? If you don't have the stones to hit the leap then DON'T JUMP IT! That's how motocross works.
Thunder Valley seemed anything but tamed down...

Dude that quad before the finishline... that was big. It's for sure smaller now for the nationals.

I understand they are leaving it in, but I fail to understand the logic in it's danger when in the AMA 250 class you have about 10 guys who jump it consistently and the other 30 go double-single. In my memory, there have been no accidents of a leaper landing on a non-leaper. If you aren't jumping it, get to the left and hold your line through the following left hand corner.

IMO, the blind ski jump and the uphill double in the back are more dangerous than the Leap.

If you look at the track map you will see they have taken out the kink before the jump so the bikes will have a longer straighter run up to the jump....the 250's will be jumping it no problem

Where's the respect for Mike Larocco ? Will they change the name of the jump now ? .....from Larocco's Leap to Larocco Lept ? I can hear Langston now " he's rolling uphill on Larocco's Lept"

Red Bud with no leap is like beer with no alcohol.
Will you even be aloud to take beer in with you? I know for 16 & 17 at Matterley you have to sneak it in if you don't want to pay £5 a pint. Might just be a shitty GB thing.

In the latest interview Ritchie said that they are trying to get a state liquor license. If that happens you won't be able to bring your own beer. Only buy it once in the venue.

Well about to be a lot of anger Americans if they do.

Little Tip - If you or one of your friends are marshaling you can take your own beers in as you don't get searched.
