Was it dirty,....Yes. Should Marvin Be docked,....No.
That said I'd Hate to be Marvin at the next round, because now it's Pay-Back time and Marvin is in this for the Championship and now he's got a BULLSEYE on his back and Tomac could ruin his season. (and I hope he does)

Exactly! Torpedos will always open a door and usually damage them in the explosion.

If you really dont think that was dirty you need some hooked on Phonics for racing. I really did like Marv and time changes everything. But that was as dirty as it gets. The only thing dirtier is standing on someones bike and having a team mate stop and help throw the other guys bike out of the way.

He had no other choice other then to settle for 2nd(desperate but effective move - but that's racing).
Was bummed for Eli ,glad he remounted and still got 2nd.

He definitely was! Hard to block the inside when some chump cuts across the corner and takes you out. I'm all for a bump or some bar banging but a blatant take out is not only dangerous (as we saw during Roczen vs Webb) but unnecessary to make a pass if you're truly the better rider.
