I know Ronnie personally. I have seen him beat many guys that make the mains on a weekly basis.. dude is fast. Ronnie is in the same ball park with these other guys. I Watch him ride all the time, he can do it. He is at a huge disadvantage being on a 2 stroke on these modern sx tracks. There is a reason no one else wants to ride the 2 stroke out there. Ronnie just has a dont care attitude. He doesnt care what he rides. He just wants to be there. And just an FYI Ronnie has done the road to supercross.

Honestly, Ax is much harder to qualify for than an SX event. Ive seen Sx guys qualify out of the top 40 and even 50 (at an Arenacross they only take top 30)
probably right, whoops are super dangerous too.

Why has no one suggested he go to Arenacross?

How many races do they have left? This is the last year for that series correct? AX would be good for him, but there may only be a handful of races left in that series. Otherwise, he really could use a LOT of time on a practice SX track.
I've spoke with a couple AX employees and from what they said arenacross will be here next year but Amsoil won't be the title sponsor. Sounds like a spark plug company might take over

Never said he couldn’t ride a motorcycle well...his LL results speak to that but they don’t send the message that he should be trying to qualify at the highest level of our sport is more what I meant. Was not a slam on the vet class at all but was more the fact that if you are not at the top, very top, of the plus 40 at LL’s the laws of probability are against you for being competitive at SX. Bottom line is he ended up out there by a loophole and after the 3rd try he should have been out.

So on the loophole. Last year I thought about signing up for Dallas. So I went through the whole process online and the ama still had all my info from when I previously had a license, 2011. I made it through all the steps up to paying and I backed out. I just checked again and all my info is still in the ama system. So the ama will let me sign up and pay for a license and an entry. I haven't held a pro license since 2011 and I can still sign up. You think the ama is going to say hey we cant accept this money and you cant have a license? I doubt it. They will take the money and wait till someone complains before anything is done. So lets not blame Ronnie for still being allowed to chase his dream. Lets blame the ama and their failed system. BTW I'm jealous of Ronnie. He still gets to ride some sx while I'm at work.

There is no way he is beating guy's that make the mains weekly unless they are not racing. Two stroke or not he was never even close to qualifying for a night show, routinely 10 to 20 seconds a lap slower than the 40th/last place to get in qualifier. In his interview over a year ago he was asked if he did Road to SX and he said he did not and was getting in from his pro license from late 90's.

Im happy to know you know my memory and what I have seen with my own eyes at the track better than I do. Ronnie did at first get grand fathered in from his recent pro license. Then had to go back and get his points after having probelms. This is what Ronnie himself told me.

Fair fuck'n play Ronnie- keep riding the highest level until you physically can't do it. You only get one go at life..

You're making many a Vitard extremely jealous because he doesn't have the balls to do it and it's easier to talk others down. Sad really. Really sad.

Nice!

I'd love to see Rinnie load that thing up and come on up to Calgary in May and kick of the Canadian Nat's. He could run in the Nat's on Saturday and run 0-30 on Sunday.

Ronnie did not do the road to sx, he’s lying or you’re lying lol, I know lot of guys that race AX and I’ve been to quite few of them and watch all results and I’ve never seen him at one in my life, at least not anytime in last 4-5 years minimum.

He would not earn his points if he had too, he’s not making multiple ax main events no way in hell.

Now that being said, Ronnie is a really good rider, and goes pretty darn good outdoors but that has zero to do with sx, not have I ever seen him beat anyone that makes mains every week lol, he got like 4th at red bud last year in vet classes.

Motomike894 i apologize! I just called Ronnie. He did not do road to supercross. He is going to do it to get his license back. I misunderstood him when he was talking why they pulled his license. I apologize.
