From MXA:
The tracks need to be slowed down, there needs to be more wheels-on-the-ground racing and better design low-speed onstacles.

I somewhat agree. As exciting as it is to see these guys absolutely flying, it's pretty horrific when things go wrong.

Agree 100%! Slower speeds equals better racing and injuries also seem to come down as well

Have to admit every time they put a gnarly sand section with a wall before or after it the racing is closer and better.

They are Right. Local tracks need more of that as well.

Agreed. The devastation to the field is just not needed. All the time in the air makes for boring and dangerous racing.

A well thought out onstacle will separate the men from the boys 9 times out of 10.
Need proof?-read mxa.

I think the Dirtworks guys have done a pretty good job of coming up with new onsticlez the last couple of years. The one thing I'd like to see is a straightaway of 3 or 4 big rollers. No lip, not jumpable by any humans. Maybe some sand in between. Something JS7 would try to clear when he comes back.

I guess we should start restricting the bikes power too, maybe install some type of roll cage on the bike and make sure all riders are wrapped in atleast 2 layers of bubble wrap.

Haha yep. Maybe we should go ahead and add two extra wheels for stability on the bikes. Then we should make a Trans-curious class for those that have a hard time mentally dealing with the adjustments

Or they could slow down and ride safely...the only thing making them jump quads and triples is the natural progression of competition. I’ve noticed cr22 unwilling to pull the trigger on stuff a few times this year...and guess what? He will finish where he finished and make it to the gate next week...

The tracks are fine...the bikes? That’s another story altogether...
