Bunch of fucking "look at me" turds. Hand in hand with Facebook and instagram shit. Why is everyone these days seeking the approval of others? Just do your own shit and get on with life
That's how I go about life. I tend to not GAF about much of anything and just do what I want. Obviously I care about family and close friends but other than that I couldn't care less.

What do I care if someone I went to school with had a salad for lunch. Like seriously, was that so post worthy that you had to post a pic of it lol.

I don't get it and I'm far from being old so the theory of being old and not getting the whole social media bit is out the window.

Can we all agree that selfies are the absolute worst thing? Mix in the pouty lips, and now adding augmented reality to the selfie. It's a conceited cancer that we must unite together to stop.

Was it a taco salad? Because a good taco salad is worth sharing

Read non Moto more, plenty of people on here talking about family problems or their own problems to total strangers. Weird.

I always thought Mandingo pickles we're something else Laughing
My wife wanted to have a gender reveal party. I pretty much told her no one wants to feel obligated to come to a bull shit party. Pretty much explained how stupid it is and how much everyone would rather do whatever the hell they want on a weekend rather than go to that nonsense. She seemed to understand and actually took it well. Usually she doesn't like being told no Cool

Although it is a little bit weird it's sometimes easier to open up to total strangers than family or close friends.

Couple reasons are they don't know your background so right off the bat they are not being judged or atleast not in the same way that family and close friends do and when they get advice from strangers it's actually advice so they're not being told what they want to hear.

My wife explained the gender reveal thing to me as you do it for any kids after your first and it takes the place of a baby shower. Still dont like it, but i dont like semi-formal partys in general. We have our first due in May, havent decided yet if we will find out what it is ahead of time.

I thought is was great not knowing the sex until our son was born . The part that sucked was having to tell every single person who opened the folder not to tell us the sex because we were waiting . One nurse asked if we had names picked out for her and I was convinced she fucked up and told us.

Anybody been invited to a diaper party yet? It's basically a backyard BBQ but you show up with a package of diapers ,some people even write the size on the invite so they don't get too many of the same size. My wife didn't even ask to have one but we have been invited to a few.

Once I turned 50, pretty much everything pisses me off. But luckily, I care a lot less.
I quit social media during the election because I didn't support Hillary, and all my friends and relatives started calling me a right-winger sexist. It was a depressing to see how brainwashed everybody was, so I pulled the plug. I don't miss Fakebook one bit.

I agree but not everyone can afford a psychiatrist or psychotherapist. I don't see a problem with asking strangers for a bit of advice/opinions but if someone keeps coming back over and over than yeah, they should definitely seek help from a qualified professional.

I rarely visit that website. I go there maybe a couple times a year. I think the user interface sucks and needs a massive overhaul. Once you're there however you can be there for hours just reading stuff and clicking link after link. It's not a bad site but like you said, just have to take it with a grain of salt.
