How the hell did he not lock up the front brake in that first shot? I guess that's why he's the GOAT and I'm just a guy sitting behind a keyboard.

If you could time warp this guy and this bike to today, he'd still win.

As Chad Watts said, "Describing his riding style is like...I don't know, a guy riding a bull with no arms."

It's so crazy that Honda didn't try and keep. They must be fucked up to work for if they let mc go and then rc . I guess they don't care about winning cause they haven't had much luck since those days.

And Valentino Rossi don't forget.

They had the belief he was only winning because of their bike.
We all know how his first race and season on a Yamaha ended..

Looks like he's actually pushing out on the lever with his fingers, pretty gnarly

I still remember the bit of footage in TGO 04. Ricky rails a rut while adjusting his clutch free play mid way through it .Insane skill

When the corner was in good shape that triple was actually not that hard, scary, but 3rd gear on a 250 two stroke wide open. I have no idea how the pros did it on a national weekend....the turn was always a disaster. The jump was flattened last year....
