Just got a text from Ross Maeda...apparently Henry Miller's YZ450F blew up at Budds and they won't be able to get it back together for the finally at Ironman...

He's looking for a YZ450F to race at the last round, any dealers in the area or riders interested in helping him out?

We will make something work and make sure he is there at ironman either way .

Henry is a good kid and deserves to be there for the last round . We will make it work.

Lane shaw the other jkopmx rider will leaving there Tuesday and I will load the bike up with him. Not an issue .

I thought blue crew helped support privateers? I remember someone last year having bike problems in the first moto and they helped him out?

A few months back Matthes did one of those privateer island podcasts with Henry and he mentioned something to the effect of Yamaha not being willing to support his team and him, thus why his bikes are all white.

Don't quote me on that though as I don't remember exactly.

Very nice! Is Lane racing at Ironman? Been following him since we chatted before....good job on the 125 Triple Crown. Always gotta cheer for Alvin boys. Smile

That's the plan. Really should've been at atleast 4 this year but the 125 gig took some time up and some sudden issues de railed the plans to do more .

might as well try the last one eh ?

Thank you sir . I know His goals are pretty high, but I'd be happy with 2 solid Moto's and making the 40. crossing fingers for a good track .

Agreed. You would think McCarty would help, or at the very least Rock River offer up something for the kid...

Well in those guys defense if they did offer up a bike they would likely get flooded with such calls forever. They probably would like to do it but its best for them not to.

Now I'm not sure how Miller is in Supercross but if he doesn't get a ride that just shows how jacked up this sport is. He's been top 15 almost every race. Now again he could be awful at supercross which is preventing him from getting a ride. Kind of like fast Freddy...kills it outdoors but struggles indoors.

You all are going to be in for a treat, Henry came to my house last night and picked up my 2016 YZ250 2STROKE!!! Hes racing it at Ironman, He has nothing to lose, no matter where he finishes he still gets 17th OA for the year, behind Josh Grant, BAM!!!! BRAAAAPPP!!!!!
