Couple with the Coolant Tank too........
Hose (hoes)
Silicone
Moto-X
I can think of a much better way to advertise that product.
Photos aren't bad. I agree with FTE. A pro would have lit them much better. The product doesn't really "pop". Using a used bike for the "model" hurts the image too.
Although they're colorful, your hoses are still competing with a "busy" area - the engine and radiators. The repeated logo backdrop just makes it more of a cluster-fuck. A pure white backdrop and better lightning would help. Maybe with your logo as a digital watermark on the crisp white BG, like this:
If you want to go with a detailed background, make sure it doesn't distract from your product:
Silicon won't last in gasoline.
Our Radiator Hoses are silicone just like CV4's but....... our carb hoses are not silicone like CV4 sells people for carbs.
Our carb kits are tried and true since 2001 and were on last years WWR bikes and are on Jeff Alessi's CRF250 this year. I hope to have the 09 CRF450 radiator hoses for the rest of the Moto Concepts team in time for Daytona.
I also offer sponsorship threw MX Resultz.
I am a small company not a big Nascar corporation like CV4.......I try to do the best I can with what I have access to........so I guess I need some better friends with new bikes!
My pressure washer decided to die before I cleaned the bikes so I just had to hose them off.
I also agree with FTE, if it is something you can afford to do.
If not, consider like noob said, drop the background and watermark (label) the image with your logo in the lower right.
Some good lighting will go a long way. That lighting has your colors way off.
Also consider getting a loaner from your local dealer so the bike is "primo" for the photos. Tell the dealer you're return it in the same condition (unused) with a complimentary set of hoses to help them sell it.
NC Kid offered for me to come into their dealership and shoot Kawasaki's but at this time I can not afford to give away product like that......some day maybe.....but if they bought a dozen.......
I know Benjamin from Eastern dirt could do a million times better but......$$$
