Easy pickings? Last time I checked Tomac went 4-0 against those GP guys last year and cooper Webb also beat Herlings straight up. There are a handful of "yanks" going faster or just as fast as Webb and Tomac at the moment. I think both series have some fast riders that could win in any series, but saying that Herlings would "school" the AMA 450 class is a really silly thing to say.
With good starts at High Point Herlings might be able to crack the top 5.

Qantas the safest airline. AirlineRatings.com the world's only safety and product rating website has announced its top ten safest airlines for 2013 from the 448 it monitors. Top of the list is Qantas which has a fatality free record in the jet era (since 1951).

Dean is a world class talent, wouldn't be shocked to see him in the top 5. Top 10 for sure.

Lol. I dont think a world championship is in his cards this year so why not make that red eye flight and race a round over here? He would definitely make the top 5, maybe a podium, but definitely wouldnt school tomac, musquin, anderson and baggett haha

Ferris is in good form at the moment and on a bike he's familiar with too. Obviously it's going to come down to how well they can set the bike up for him there, jetlag and luck. With how this season is going a moto win isn't out of the question, although unlikely. Who had Bogle down for a moto win this season?

That's our point. He should've moved up to the 500's by now.

I'll safely predict two top tens
but I reckon he could get a top 5.. Metty said in commentary at one of the Aussie rounds that he's runnin top 5 speed but he was doing that in Australia in a series he's confident in so who knows how he'll go. He could struggle cause it's all unfamiliar or he could go good cause he doesn't know where he fits so he just rides..
but I just hope he gets two good races done with no crashes or injuries

Qantas you need to shelve your 747 as it's worn out inside.
Prediction 7-5
OT but I think they have dreamliners coming at the end of the year.

I really hope he's able to give a good account of himself tomorrow. He deserves to after his dissapointing stint at RedBull KTM.

the tracks in the US are a lot more demanding than in AUS so although he is fit and winning in Aus the difference in tracks could really test his fitness more than on home soil as well as he isn't goin to push it beyond the limit as he still has a championship to win at home and a crash could derail that, so I'm thinking a conservative 11-9

Exactly, how could he get a top 10 on a bike that ruined JS7's career. I predict a 36-DNF. If he was on a Honda, maybe a 8-12 and 1-1 on a KTM. How could you lose with a Hydraulic clutch!

Where's your evidence to back this up? The AMA tracks are known for how well groomed they get. Granted they have some pretty hefty ruts, but the bumps etc aren't anything in comparison to the GP's, in which ferris rode
