Justin Barcia and JGR

Was just curious on what you guys think is going to happen with Justin Barcia at JGR and what he does next year. Fan of his but just seems like something is off and can't tell if it's his confidence or the way hes riding but the Barcia were seeing on the suzuki this year doesn't look like the same barcia we saw when he was on yamaha .

I would like to see more guy's move over to offroad racing when they retire from motorcross , we still get to see them race and it's a much easer schedule with more time off. How cool would it be watching Dungey dodge trees while chasing Kaliub Russell.

Has he got a contract with JGR for next year??

He's dating an English monster girl so I don't know if that would influence him trying his hand at the GP's.

I don't think he will be at JGR next year either. I don't really know what top teams would be interested in him. So idk.

Thing just pogo sticks off of everything.

Hopefully gets gets BB4 ride at RMATV and BB4 gets RD25 bike.

Either way, barcia needs to be on a ktm where he can ride it aggressively.

His tenure at JGR will be over after Nationals... Matthes has said several times that Barcia is definitely interested in an orange bike (I'm sure it could be white too if the arrangement was right) - likely a cheap, incentive based contract. Based on how good the equipment and support seems to be for the KTM satellite teams, sounds like a no brainer gig for any rider looking to make a change. Baggett sure seems stoked with the decision..

After all the talk of how terrible the Yamaha was and how much better the RMZ was and he hasn't done anything on the Suzuki. He at least won races on the Yamaha.

Seriously, I would guess he lands on a satellite team here in the US, but going to the GPs wouldn't surprise me either.

I'm one of those who's always giving the blue pig a hard time. I love the yzf 250's, but feel the 450f is definitely a pig. Maybe not for the average rider, but definitely at the Barcia/Webb level. Hopefully the new bike is improved.

I'll have to eat crow if Barcia doesn't keep improving on the new yellow bike. It's a new bike for the team and it's a long season so we'll see if he continues to improve or continues to drop anchor.

I don't get how KTM is interested... I really don't.

He is so talented, but just won't adjust his riding style. It's fucking mental. He literally smoked a bunch of the top guys at different times, but can't pull his head out. It was the Honda, the Yamaha and now it's the Suzuki. Don't get me wrong, the Honda – lots of guys were having suspension issues and he never got the option to swap, and clearly the Yamaha is a different duck, but now?

The one thing is, he's actually been injured a lot, like a helluva lot, but I don't think that changes till he smooths out.

I agree there is zero chance he stays at JGR I don't know what happened to that kid but he sure fell off after leaving Honda in a good way he had flashes of brilliance on young and has yet to show any brilliance of this is it it's almost like he's pretty much done as far as his percieved effort to remain competitive.
There has been mention of Factory Redbull KTM but i would be absolutely FLOORED to see that happen .... to be honest, I cant believe its even been mentioned as a rumor by some...

Stefan everts (factory zook) said that they talked with him. But they don't want to pay him the amount of money he's asking.
